Prayer To Resist Temptation

please pray for me, struggling due to a fight I had with my spouse. Please pray I can be forgiven, and set free from some things, like worrying, arguing, forgive my spouse for not showing me support/love, etc. That I won't fall into being upset with him, etc. Thank you so much
