We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt prayer, lifting up your concerns and those of your loved ones to our Heavenly Father. We rejoice that you have called upon the beautiful and powerful name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Him alone that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Father God, we thank You for Your promise to keep us in perfect peace when our minds are stayed on You, because we trust in You (Isaiah 26:3). We pray that You would indeed keep this dear one and their remaining relatives safe from all harm—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Protect them from disease, accidents, and any form of evil. We declare Your word over their lives: "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask that You bless their homes and the pets that remain as part of their family. May their homes be a sanctuary of Your presence, filled with Your peace and provision. Help them to cultivate hearts of gratitude, recognizing that every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). Remind them daily of Your faithfulness, even in the smallest blessings.
We lift up this precious one’s health to You, Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. You see the dull pain over their heart, and we ask that You would touch and heal it, both physically and emotionally. Search their heart, Lord, and reveal anything that may be causing this pain—whether it be grief, anxiety, or unforgiveness. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). We declare that by Your stripes, they are healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we speak life over every cell in their body. Strengthen their joints and tendons, Lord, and grant them the ability to move forward in strength and vitality. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in Jesus’ name and command it to leave.
Father, we also bring before You their concerns about visceral fat, insulin, and cortisol. You know the intricate details of their body, for You knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). We ask that You would guide them in wisdom regarding their diet, exercise, and rest. Provide them with godly counsel and medical professionals who honor You and seek to bring healing. Remind them that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and they are to honor You with them (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Help them to glorify You in all they do, including how they care for their physical health.
Lord, we also pray for their emotional and spiritual well-being. The struggles they face can feel overwhelming, but we declare that You are their strength in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). When they are weary and burdened, remind them that You will give them rest (Matthew 11:28). Fill them with Your joy, which is their strength (Nehemiah 8:10), and help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7).
We stand in agreement with this dear one, believing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). We thank You for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. May they walk in the fullness of Your healing, provision, and peace, trusting in You every step of the way.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
