We are lifting up *** in prayer as she undergoes surgery for gallbladder stones. Let's come together and seek God's will for her healing and comfort.
In God's Word we have read, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. "James 5:14-15 WEB. From this we can see that God is able to heal *** physically and be sure of that. We can also be sure that if there has been any sin in ***'s life that this can be forgiven. Now is the time to make sure your heart is right with God.
Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your healing touch upon ***. Guide the surgeons' hands, give them wisdom, and let the operation be successful. We pray for a swift recovery, free from complications, and for *** to be strong in her faith in you Jesus. We also lift up her family, Lord, asking for Your peace and comfort to surround them during this time. We will praise you for this healing that you are able to do, in Jesus we pray.
We encourage *** and her family to trust in the Lord, for He is the Great Physician. May this trial draw them closer to Him, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
Lastly, we gently remind everyone that it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. It is in His name that we pray and are saved. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:11-13 WEB. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. Acts 4:31 WEB.
