We join you in lifting up your request for healing, and we are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive His mercy and grace. The Scriptures remind us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* We trust in God’s sovereign power to bring healing, comfort, and restoration to your body, and we pray that this pain will not only subside but that it will also serve as a reminder of His faithfulness in every season of life.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom in this situation. If you have not yet consulted a physician, we urge you to do so, for God often uses the knowledge and skills of medical professionals to bring about healing. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* Just as we trust in God’s supernatural healing, we also trust in His provision of wisdom through those He has gifted in the medical field. Do not neglect the practical steps God may be leading you to take while you wait on Him in faith.
Let us also examine our hearts in times of physical affliction, for sometimes God uses such moments to draw us closer to Himself or to reveal areas in our lives that need surrender. Psalm 139:23-24 says, *"Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way."* Is there anything the Lord may be speaking to you through this trial? Are there areas of stress, unforgiveness, or disobedience that could be affecting your well-being? We pray that if there is anything hindering your walk with Christ, the Holy Spirit would lovingly convict and lead you to repentance and freedom.
Now, let us pray together for your healing and peace:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing stomach pain. Lord, You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch their body with Your restoring power. Let every cell, tissue, and organ align with Your perfect design, and may this pain be removed completely in Jesus’ name. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed, and we stand on Your promise in 1 Peter 2:24 that says, *"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."*
Lord, we also ask for Your peace to flood their heart and mind. Replace any fear or anxiety with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). Guide them to the right medical care if needed, and give wisdom to those who treat them. If there is any underlying spiritual or emotional root to this pain, we pray You would reveal it and bring healing to every area of their life.
Father, we thank You that You are good and that Your mercy endures forever. We trust in Your timing and Your will, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith during this time, and let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word as you wait for your healing. Meditate on His promises, such as Isaiah 41:10: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* Stay rooted in faith, and let this season draw you deeper into His presence. We are standing with you in agreement, believing for your complete restoration.
