Prayer to heal sciatic nerve pain

I am ### years old full of sin as before I used to drink and smoke but now I have totally quit all those things and started accepting one and only God is Jesus Christ and believe in praying but suddenly I got lower back pain and sciatica nerve pain which is very horrible, also I am in terrible pain and have felt agony like no other time in my life. My sciatic nerve still bothers me even with medical intervention. I believe in Jesus that only he can do a miracle in my life. I don't ask to be perfect but to be able to function as now I am in full bed rest which feels me very upset as my wedding is on ###. Please Lord take this pain away from me. I feel desperate I can't keep taking these medications. I know you are here with me as I cry and write this prayer. Please restore my health, so I may be a testimony to your mercy. I will keep praying and not lose faith. If anyone reads this please pray for me. GOD'S light will shine upon all of us.. By tonight
