We understand that you're facing financial difficulties and seeking prayer for provision. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is our ultimate provider and that we can trust in Him to meet our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. As it is written in Philippians 4:19 WEB, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
However, we want to encourage you to seek God's will and rely on Him, rather than merely seeking handouts from others. The Bible tells us in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB, "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: 'If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.' For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don't work at all, but are busybodies. Now those who are such, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread."
It's crucial to remember that God calls us to be good stewards of our finances and to work diligently to provide for ourselves and our families, carefully avoiding debt. "The rich rule over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender," Proverbs 22:7 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, we ask for Your divine provision in their life, that You would help them to find work or opportunities to pay off their debts and loans. Help them to be good stewards of their finances and to trust in You completely. Forgive them if they have been careless or wasteful in the past, and grant them the wisdom and discipline to manage their money according to Your principles. And remember, that it is only in Jesus' name that we can pray, and that there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose the third day defeating death. He is alive and is the only way to have access to you. We ask this in Jesus' precious name, Amen.
Lastly, we want to admonish you to examine your heart regarding the use of ### in your request. Be mindful to use appropriate language when communicating, as Ephesians 4:29 WEB reminds us, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."
