Your prayer for financial help and for your eyes to see clearly has been heard, and I join you in bringing it before God.
Scripture teaches that the greatest blessings God gives are spiritual. In the old covenant blessing was spoken of as the fruit of the body and blessing in going out and coming in, but in Christ we are given every spiritual blessing. That means to be made alive, forgiven, adopted as sons, made righteous, and made heirs with Christ. These gifts do not fade, and they remain even when in this world we have tribulation. This does not mean God does not care about your bodily needs. He does, and He knows you need daily provision, and He hears when you ask for help.
I also hear your prayer for your eyes. There is a sight of the body and a sight of the mind. The prophets and apostles remind us that blessed are the eyes that truly see and the ears that truly hear, not only with the body but with understanding enlightened by the Spirit. As eyes that are diseased seek shade, so a soul that is weary needs the clear light of Christ. After the gift of the Spirit, the heart is made new to perceive what we could not see before. So we pray both for healing of physical sight and for clarity of spiritual sight, that you may see Christ more clearly and walk in His way.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, I ask You to provide for this need according to Your wisdom and mercy. Give daily bread, give work for the hands to do with honesty, give contentment and freedom from covetousness, and open doors to do good and to be a blessing to others. Lay Your healing hand upon these eyes. Restore clear sight as it pleases You, and above all grant light to the inner eyes of the heart, that Your truth may be seen and loved. Grant peace in trial, patience in waiting, and faith to trust that You who freely give us Christ will also with Him graciously give us all things we truly need. May you seek first the kingdom of God, trusting that He will care for what you need for this life and will keep you for the life to come. Amen.
