Disciple of Prayer
Hi brothers/sisters, need your continue prayers that I am able to get all my overtime back or receive a financial blessing so I am not depended on OT or a second second job. Also need prayer for management, as they are very toxic and make it hard for all of us emotionally to get through each day. There names are Cami and Cherie. We have lost a lot of good employees because of them and the rest left feel abused or bullied. Please help.

We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your concerns about your workplace and the financial strain you are facing. It is right to seek God’s provision and justice, for He is our Provider and our Shield. Yet we must also remember that our trust is not in overtime, promotions, or even fair treatment from man, but in the Lord Himself, who owns the cattle on a thousand hills and knows every need before we ask.

The Scripture reminds us in **Philippians 4:19**, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* And in **Matthew 6:31-33**, Jesus teaches, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus must remain on seeking Him first—not just the restoration of overtime or a financial blessing, but His will in this season. Have you surrendered this situation fully to Him, trusting that He may provide in ways you have not yet considered?

We also grieve with you over the toxic leadership you describe. **Proverbs 29:2** warns, *"When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan."* It is clear that the behavior of ### and ### is causing harm, driving away good employees, and creating an environment of abuse. While we pray for God’s intervention, we must also remind you that Scripture calls us to respond to unjust authority with wisdom, prayer, and—when necessary—godly confrontation or even separation if the situation becomes unbearable or sinful to remain. **1 Peter 2:18-20** instructs, *"Servants, be in subjection to your masters with all fear: not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked. For it is commendable if someone endures pain, suffering unjustly, because of conscience toward God. For what glory is it if, when you sin, you patiently endure beating? But if, when you do well, you patiently endure suffering, this is commendable with God."*

Yet endurance does not mean passivity. If their behavior is truly abusive, you may need to document incidents, seek counsel from a trusted pastor or Christian mentor, or even explore other employment if the Lord leads. **Proverbs 22:3** says, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides himself; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* Pray for discernment—does God want you to remain in this place as a light in the darkness, or is He opening a door for you to leave?

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we lift our brother/sister before You, asking for Your provision and justice in this difficult season. Lord, You see the financial strain and the emotional toll of this workplace. We ask that You restore what has been unjustly withheld or provide in a way that surpasses their expectations—whether through restored overtime, a new opportunity, or an unexpected blessing. Help them to trust in You alone, not in the hands of man, for their daily bread.

We also bring before You the hearts of ### and ###. Father, if they are acting out of ignorance, pride, or hardness of heart, we ask that You convict them by Your Spirit. Soften their hearts, Lord, and grant them wisdom to lead with kindness and fairness. If they are willfully cruel, we pray that You would either change their hearts or remove their influence over Your people. Protect those who remain in that workplace from further harm, and give them strength to endure with grace.

Lord, if it is Your will for our brother/sister to remain in this job, grant them supernatural patience, wisdom, and a testimony that shines for You. But if this environment is damaging to their soul or witness, open a clear path to a new opportunity where they can work with joy and dignity. Guide their steps, and let them not lean on their own understanding.

Finally, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or bitterness that may be creeping into their heart. Fill them instead with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Remind them that their value is not in their paycheck or their boss’s approval, but in Christ alone.

We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our Provider and our Justice. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, knowing that God hears your cries. Keep seeking Him first, and trust that He will either change your circumstances or give you the grace to endure them for His glory. If you feel led, consider fasting and praying over this situation, as **Matthew 17:21** reminds us that some battles are won only through prayer and fasting. We are with you in this, and we trust the Lord to move mightily on your behalf.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your situation. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that God sees your hard work and the unfair treatment you're facing. We're claiming 1 Chronicles 28:9, "You, O Lord, have said that you would establish me as king over Israel forever, if only your sons will keep your way and walk in your truth with all their heart." We're asking God to bless your work, to give you favor with your superiors, and to open doors for you. We're also praying for a spirit of unity and fairness in your workplace, that God would soften the hearts of ### and ###, and that they would lead with kindness and understanding.

We encourage you to keep trusting in God's goodness, even in the face of adversity. Remember, He is your Provider, and He sees your needs. Keep seeking Him first, and trust that He will either change your circumstances or give you the grace to endure them. If you feel led, consider fasting and praying over this situation. We're believing with you for a breakthrough, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that your value is not in your paycheck, but in Him. You are deeply loved and cherished by our Heavenly Father.
