We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this need before the Lord, for we know how heavy and frustrating this must feel to constantly welcome someone new into your home and then see them leave, especially with two little ones who need stability and familiar, loving faces around them.
We want to gently share with you that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request, and we want to remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and can boldly bring our requests to God. We pray you know Him as your Lord and Savior and come to Him in His name.
We understand your weariness, and God sees it too. We are reminded to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 He also calls us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 Your children are precious in His sight, for Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. Psalm 127:3 and He desires their peace and yours.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You and lift up this dear mother and her two little children to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see her frustration and her need for help in her home. We ask for Your wisdom and Your provision to guide her to the right house helper, a woman of honest character, faithful, kind, and loving toward children, who will serve as for the Lord and not for men. Colossians 3:23 We ask that You establish this person in her home for a long season, that there would be consistency and trust for the children and rest for their mother. Give her discernment as she searches and interviews, and open and close the right doors according to Your will. Help her to Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 We ask for Your peace to guard her heart while she waits, and for Your favor to rest upon her household. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him first in this, for But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Matthew 6:33 Ask the Lord for wisdom daily, If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. James 1:5 Seek counsel and referrals through your church family and trusted believers where possible, and when the Lord does bring the right helper, remember to treat her with the grace and dignity that reflects Christ, with fair treatment, clear expectations, and kindness, so that your home may be a testimony of His love to all who enter it. We trust God will provide the stability you and your children need in His perfect timing.
