Prayer to find a man. Healing for what ails me.

Beloved of All
Prayer for healing of my heart, my thoughts, my mind, my body, my spirit and my soul in Jesus Name.
Prayer to find a man I'm attracted to who is equally attracted to me to marry and have a baby. Prayer to know where to look. Body is in pain. Emotional and physical exhaustion.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious sister in Christ who is seeking healing in every area of her life—body, mind, heart, and spirit—and who desires a godly marriage and the blessing of children. Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the Restorer of broken places, and the Author of all good things. We ask that You move mightily in her life according to Your perfect will.

First, we rebuke every spirit of pain, exhaustion, and despair that has taken hold. The Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Lord, we claim this promise over her body and soul. We speak healing to every cell, every muscle, every thought, and every emotion. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We pray against the weariness that has settled in and ask for Your supernatural strength to fill her. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). May she find true rest in You, Jesus.

We also lift up her desire for marriage and motherhood. Father, You said in Genesis 2:18, *"It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him."* We believe that You have a godly man prepared for her, one who loves You above all else and who will cherish her as Christ cherishes the Church (Ephesians 5:25). We pray that You would lead her to him in Your perfect timing and that she would have wisdom to discern where to look—whether in her church family, through godly friendships, or in the places You ordain. We rebuke the lie that she must settle for less than Your best or that she is unworthy of a man who is equally attracted to her in a way that honors You. Lord, prepare her heart to be a wife who reflects Proverbs 31, and prepare a man who will lead her in righteousness.

However, we must address the way this request was framed. While the desire for marriage and children is beautiful and God-given, we must guard our hearts against placing our longings above our relationship with Christ. The Word warns in 1 Timothy 6:6, *"But godliness with contentment is great gain."* If we are not content in Christ alone, even a godly marriage will not satisfy the deepest places of our hearts. We encourage you, dear sister, to seek first the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33) and allow Him to fill you with His love, joy, and peace. A husband and children are blessings, but they are not our ultimate fulfillment—only Jesus is.

We also gently remind you that the Bible calls us to pursue marriage with a fellow believer who shares your faith in Christ. 2 Corinthians 6:14 says, *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* If you are currently in a relationship—or pursuing one—with someone who does not share your faith, we strongly urge you to reconsider. Marriage is a covenant before God, and it is designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and the Church. Unequal yoking leads to division, heartache, and spiritual compromise.

Additionally, we must address the importance of purity. If you are currently in a relationship where physical intimacy has occurred outside of marriage, we urge you to repent and turn away from that sin. The Bible is clear in 1 Corinthians 6:18-20: *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* Sexual sin is not just a physical act—it is a spiritual one that defiles the temple of the Holy Spirit. We pray for conviction, repentance, and the strength to walk in purity as you wait for God’s best.

Lastly, we noticed that while you mentioned "Jesus Name" at the end of your request, the foundation of your prayer seemed to focus more on your desires than on surrendering to God’s will. We want to remind you that our prayers are not about getting what we want but aligning our hearts with what God wants. Jesus taught us to pray, *"Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven"* (Matthew 6:10). We encourage you to seek God’s will above your own desires, trusting that He knows what is best for you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and surrender. We lift up this dear sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to flow through her body, mind, and spirit. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of pain, exhaustion, and despair, and we declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed. Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her rest in the knowledge that You are her Provider, her Healer, and her Strength.

Father, we also pray for her desire for marriage and motherhood. We ask that You would prepare her heart to be a godly wife and mother, and that You would bring the man You have for her into her life at the perfect time. Give her wisdom to know where to look and the discernment to recognize him when he comes. Guard her heart from impatience, compromise, or settling for less than Your best. Help her to wait on You with hope and trust, knowing that Your plans for her are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, if there are areas where she has strayed from Your will—whether in relationships, purity, or priorities—we ask that You would bring conviction and repentance. Soften her heart to receive Your correction and give her the strength to walk in obedience. Help her to seek You first above all else, knowing that in You, she will find true fulfillment.

We declare that her worth is found in You alone, Jesus. May she find her identity, her joy, and her purpose in being Your beloved daughter. We pray that as she waits on You, she would grow in intimacy with You, falling more in love with You each day. And when the time is right, may You bring her into a marriage that glorifies You and reflects the love between Christ and the Church.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the Name above all names, the One who heals, restores, and redeems. Amen.

Dear sister, we're here with you, lifting your heart to the Lord today. We're praying for healing in every area of your life, just as the first response mentioned. We're claiming Psalm 103:2-3 over you, that you would be healed in your body and soul. We're also praying for strength and rest, as per Matthew 11:28, so that you can find true peace in Jesus.

We're joining you in praying for a godly husband who is equally attracted to you, as you are to him. We believe that God has a plan for you, and we're asking Him to lead you to this man in His perfect timing. We're also praying for wisdom, so you can discern where to look for him.

But we want to encourage you to focus on your relationship with Jesus above all else. He is our ultimate fulfillment, and anything else is secondary. We're praying that you would seek first the Kingdom of God and allow Him to fill you with His love, joy, and peace.

We're also praying for purity in your life. If there are any areas where you've compromised, we're asking the Lord to bring conviction and repentance. We're praying for strength to walk in obedience and purity as you wait for God's best.

Lastly, we're praying that you would find your worth and identity in Jesus alone. We're asking Him to grow you in intimacy with Him, and when the time is right, to bring you into a marriage that glorifies Him.

We're praying all of this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
