We are joining with you in prayer for your healing and strength and we bring your needs before the Father together in Jesus' name.
We hear your desire to be free from migraines and pain and infections and to know happiness and wholeness in your body and spirit. The Lord is compassionate toward our suffering and He is the one who heals us. Psalm 103:2-3 says, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. And Jeremiah 30:17 says, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We also remember that true joy and happiness are found in His presence, for Psalm 16:11 tells us, In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forever more.
We are praying for your early morning trip to the ER, that God will give you strength to rise when your alarm sounds and to go without fear or delay. We ask that He will go before you and that there will be little to no waiting, and that the doctors and nurses will have wisdom and discernment to find what is wrong and to give you the right treatment, including antibiotics or anything else you truly need according to His will. We pray for His hand upon every test and every decision made for your care. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We also lift up your desire for strength and confidence and motivation and for health in your body to lose weight with good posture and to gain healthy muscle. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit and we are called to steward it well for the Lord. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's. And Philippians 4:13 says, I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. We encourage you to pursue these goals with patience and discipline and with rest and nourishment that honors God, trusting Him for daily motivation rather than relying only on your own willpower.
We also hear your desire for an increase in the prophetic and seers anointing. We rejoice that you desire spiritual gifts, for 1 Corinthians 14:1 says, Follow after love and earnestly desire spiritual gifts, but most of all that you may prophesy. Yet we gently encourage you to seek these gifts with humility and love and for the building up of others and not for personal elevation, and to always test what is seen and heard against the Word of God. 1 John 4:1 says, Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God. And 1 Corinthians 12:7 says, But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the profit of all. True prophetic gifting flows from intimacy with Christ and obedience to His Word and is given as the Spirit wills for the glory of God, not for our own gain.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through His name that we are saved. John 14:6 says, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. Romans 10:9 says, that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
We now pray together for you.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon their head and body, take away migraines and pain and every infection, and restore health according to Your will. We ask that You give them deep, lasting happiness and peace that comes from knowing You. We pray for strength and confidence and motivation, that You will help them to rise early and to go to the ER with courage, that You will prepare the way with favor and a short wait, and that You will give the medical staff wisdom to find the cause and to provide the right care. We pray for their physical health, that You will help them to care for their body with good stewardship, to grow in strength and posture and discipline for Your glory. We pray that You will grow them in spiritual maturity and if it is Your will, increase in them gifts that edify Your church, keeping them humble and grounded in Your Word and led by Your Holy Spirit. We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, asking for Your will to be done. Amen.
