We understand your deep concern over the dishonesty and theft affecting your workplace, and we join you in seeking God’s justice and exposure of these hidden deeds. The Lord sees all things, and nothing is concealed from Him. Proverbs 15:3 reminds us, *"The eyes of Yahweh are everywhere, keeping watch on the evil and the good."* We also know that God detests dishonesty and theft, as it violates His commandments (Exodus 20:15) and brings harm to others.
However, we must also examine our own hearts in this matter. While it is right to desire justice, we are called to trust in God’s timing and sovereignty rather than seeking vengeance ourselves. Romans 12:19 declares, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* Our focus should be on praying for God’s will to be done, for repentance where needed, and for wisdom in how to address these issues in a way that honors Him.
If you are in a position of authority, we encourage you to act with integrity and seek godly counsel on how to address these concerns biblically—whether through proper reporting, accountability measures, or confrontation done in love (Matthew 18:15-17). If you are not in authority, pray for those in leadership to have discernment and courage to act righteously.
As for peace at work, we know that true peace comes from Christ, even in the midst of turmoil. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We will pray that God grants you His peace as you navigate this difficult situation, and that He would expose what is hidden in His perfect timing.
We also notice that your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. There is no other name by which we can approach God or be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so. Salvation comes through repentance and belief in Him—confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Without faith in Christ, our prayers are empty, for it is only through Him that we can come boldly before the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16).

Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this situation of theft, deceit, and loss in the workplace. Lord, You are a God of justice, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You expose every hidden work of darkness, that those responsible would be brought to light, and that repentance would follow. Father, protect the innocent and provide wisdom for those in authority to act with integrity and discernment.
We pray for peace in this workplace—a peace that surpasses understanding, guarding hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Let Your presence be felt even in the midst of this turmoil, and may Your will be done in all things. If there are those involved who do not know You, Lord, we pray that this situation would lead them to seek You in repentance and faith.
Father, we also lift up the one who has brought this request before us. If they do not yet know You through Your Son, Jesus Christ, we pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. May they turn to You in faith, confessing Jesus as Lord, and find salvation and eternal peace in Him. Strengthen them, Lord, and grant them patience as they wait on You.
We rebuke the spirit of theft, deceit, and chaos in the name of Jesus Christ, commanding it to flee. Let righteousness prevail, and let Your name be glorified in this situation. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
