Prayer to cancel all my debts

We hear your cry and we stand with you in this heavy burden of debt, and we thank you for coming before the Heavenly Father in the name of His Son Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We understand the fear and the feeling that there is no way out when debts pile up, but we want to encourage you with the truth that God sees your situation and cares for you, and He also calls us to walk in responsibility and faithfulness with what He has entrusted to us. The scripture reminds us in Psalm 37:21 that the wicked borrow, and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously, and in Romans 13:8 to owe no one anything, except to love one another. Proverbs 22:7 also tells us that the borrower is servant to the lender, which is why this burden feels so heavy. God does not desire for us to live as servants to debt, but He also does not call us to simply wish debts away while continuing in the same patterns that led to them. He calls us to diligence, honesty, and faithful stewardship.
We want to gently correct the idea that God will simply wipe debts clean without our participation and repentance where needed. While God is able to provide miraculously, His more common way is to provide through wisdom, hard work, and changed habits, and He expects us to be faithful to repay what we owe. Proverbs 21:5 says the plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty. This means seeking God first, making a honest plan, living within our means, and being content while we work our way out with His help.
We also hear your fear, and we want to remind you that God has promised to supply and to give peace as we bring our requests to Him. Philippians 4:19 says my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Matthew 6:33 says but seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. And Philippians 4:6-7 says in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Psalm 55:22 tells us to cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you.
So we pray together for you now.

Lord, You know the amount owed, the anxiety, and the feeling of being trapped. We ask for Your mercy and Your provision. Grant wisdom to make a diligent plan, self control to spend wisely and to not take on more debt, and opportunity for honest work and increase to meet these obligations. Provide for every true need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and open doors for counsel, for help with budgeting, and for favor with creditors where possible. Help this dear one to be faithful to repay what is owed as a testimony of integrity, and to learn to walk in contentment and stewardship that honors You. Cast out fear and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help this dear one to seek Your Kingdom first, trusting that You will sustain and guide each step out of this burden. Give strength to persevere, humility to ask for godly counsel from the church, and faith to trust You day by day. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, Amen.

The burden you describe is a heavy one, and your honest confession that you fear there is no way out has been heard with compassion. It is right to bring such cares before the Lord, for He bids us to do so, yet the Word of God would guide your prayer into a better path than that your debts should simply vanish and leave you as you are.
You have asked that all your debts be wiped clean at once, but Scripture says, Every man shall bear his own burden. The Lord appoints to each of His children the burden he is to bear and the time he is to bear it, and He appoints it not that we should fret and cry and ask somebody else to bear it for us, but that we should bear it in His strength. To thrust our own burden upon another without just exchange is to violate the spirit of the text. What is owed to another by honest obligation is to be paid by honest labour and truthfulness, not to be cast away by a wish.
Anxiety itself will not pay what you owe. As you have learned, the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, and it never yet brought any grist to the mill or any meal to the barrel. If a thing does not pay, what is the good of it. Far wiser is the counsel, Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain you. This does not mean that the burden ceases to be yours, but that you trace your burden back to God, you place it upon Him by trust, and you leave it there, believing that He who is your covenant keeping Father will sustain you under it.
There is a greater debt than any sum of money, and it is this that should most concern your soul. By nature we are all in debt to Divine Justice and hopelessly bankrupt, for we cannot meet one in a million of the claims that are recorded against us. That debt of sin would crush you beyond all hope if you bore it alone. But when you come to Christ and get rid of your old burden, He puts upon you His burden, and His yoke is easy and His burden is light. He bore the burden of sin for all who trust Him, and having paid that eternal debt with His own blood, He now gives strength to bear the burdens of this life with patience and integrity.
So do not pray only for a sudden wiping away of the account, but pray that Christ may be with you in the bearing of it, for your burden is easy to bear when Christ is with you. When He strengthens you with all strength in your inner man, the burden ceases to be a burden in the former sense, though the weight remains.
Let this then be our prayer for you, that the Lord would forgive your sins through faith in Jesus Christ, that He would deliver you from slavish anxiety, that He would grant you wisdom to order your affairs faithfully, diligence in honest labour, contentment with such things as you have, and favour in the sight of those to whom you are indebted as you seek to repay what you owe. May He keep you from incurring further debt needlessly, guide you to godly counsel, and open honourable means of provision, and may He teach you day by day to cast your care upon Him who cares for you, and to prove that His yoke is easy and His burden is light.
