Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this prayer and the burden God has placed on your heart. The willingness you expressed in saying Here am I, send me, is precious to the Lord, and He delights to reveal His love by helping, guiding and strengthening those who draw near to Him.
It is important to stay in that place where He can do that work in you. That means coming to Jesus not only with a title on your lips but with a heart that truly receives Him as Lord and seeks to obey Him. When you walk in that relationship, He can lead you step by step as you invest in others.
What you described, to educate, mentor, employ and empower young people, is a holy work. Do not think you must hold a formal position or title for it to count as meaningful service. Whatever God has called you to be and to do, right where you are, is the highest calling for your life. There is no higher or lower calling in His eyes, only faithfulness in the place He has given you. You do not need to wait for something bigger. If God has burdened you for the next generation, begin to minister now with what you have, using the abilities and opportunities He has already provided, and be faithful there.
Scripture speaks of the hope of His calling and the riches He has prepared for those who belong to Him. When the eyes of your understanding are opened to know that hope, it gives strength and courage to continue even when the work is difficult. God does not always lay out an easy path when He calls someone, but He does promise that His purpose is good and that He will equip you for it.
He also promises to renew the strength of those who trust Him, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle, and to make His ways known so you can walk in wisdom and show compassion. Ask Him for that wisdom, for resources, for vision, and for a heart that reflects His own care for the oppressed and the searching.

Heavenly Father, thank You for this life and for the gifts and opportunities You have given. We ask that You use this willing heart as an instrument to bless young people, to help transform lives, strengthen families and build up what is good in this nation and beyond. Grant wisdom, compassion, vision and provision to create real opportunities for education, work and growth. Help this servant to walk closely with Jesus as Lord, to be faithful in the work You have assigned, and to find strength in the hope of Your calling and the riches of Your grace. May the work done in Your name inspire many young people to discover the purpose You created them for and to serve others with excellence. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
