Prayer To Be Separated From Arrogant Male Coworker

Dear Saints:

Please help me get a promotion and move to another department to work in peace and tranquility of another department. The coworker I currently work with is a arrogant male who tries to make himself look smart, better than me and that I am not smart enough to work in the department with him, unattractive and jealous of him. I am not jealous of him he just had childish backstabbing ways to make others look wrong. I have a Masters Degree in Education, two Bachelors in Business Administration and CIS. He only has an Associates in Engineering and certification in Computer Network Support, but I have taught CSIS115 credit courses and CSOF computer course, Read 31, and currently teaching GED and have gotten awards for it. He use to be a Lab Coordinator, but got demoted, ever since then he has been bitter and upset. It is not my fault so please pray for him and me to find peace and be separated, in Jesus Name, AMEN
