We prayed that the weight of unrepented sin would settle upon the hearts of those in power, that their comfort would be disturbed, and that the Holy Spirit would convict them with a godly sorrow that leads to repentance. We asked the Lord to expose every hidden deed and to let the light of His truth pierce through the darkness of greed and exploitation. We also prayed for the reporter who stood for truth, that God would strengthen, protect, and vindicate them, and that no weapon formed against them would prosper.
