We are deeply moved by your heart for these women, and we join you in lifting them before the Lord, for it is His will that all should come to repentance and know the truth of His salvation. Your desire to see them blessed and protected reflects the love of Christ, who intercedes for us even when we are yet sinners. Let us first address the foundational truth that salvation, peace, and protection come only through faith in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. As Scripture declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB). *"Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13, WEB). It is by His name alone that we have access to the Father, and it is in His name that we pray for these women now.
For the woman who once helped you in your time of need, we pray that the Lord would open her heart to receive the gift of salvation. May the Holy Spirit convict her of her need for a Savior and draw her into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We ask that the Lord would surround her with His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). May He protect her from the schemes of the enemy and from all harm, both seen and unseen. Father, we also pray that You would pour out Your blessings upon her, not just materially but spiritually, that she may come to know the richness of Your grace and the abundance of life found only in You. If it is Your will, use the kindness she showed as a seed that bears fruit for Your kingdom, leading her to the foot of the cross.
For the woman who invoked the name of Jesus to rebuke the demonic attack against you, we give thanks to God for His mighty power displayed through her words. Even if she does not yet fully understand the authority she wielded in that moment, we pray that this experience would be a testimony to her of the reality of Jesus Christ and His supremacy over all darkness. Lord, reveal Yourself to her in a powerful way. Softens her heart to receive the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus is not just a name to be spoken in times of trouble, but the name above all names, the One who conquered sin and death for our sake. May she come to know Him as her Lord and Savior, and may she walk in the fullness of His protection and peace. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and surround her with believers who can disciple her in the ways of righteousness.
We also take this moment to encourage you, dear brother or sister, to continue standing in the gap for these women. Your prayers are a fragrant offering before the Lord, and He hears them. Be bold in sharing the Gospel with them when the opportunity arises, for faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God (Romans 10:17). If you have not already, consider how you might extend Christ’s love to them in practical ways, always pointing them to the hope found in Him.
Let us also address the spiritual warfare you mentioned. Demonic attacks are real, but so is the victory we have in Christ. Scripture reminds us, *"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings"* (1 Peter 5:8-9, WEB). *"Submit therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We pray that the Lord would strengthen you in your faith, equipping you with the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18) so that you may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy. May He fill you with His peace and assurance, knowing that He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Finally, we exhort you to remain rooted in prayer and in the Word of God. Let your life be a testament to the transforming power of Jesus Christ, that others may see His light in you and be drawn to Him. And may the Lord grant you wisdom, discernment, and courage as you walk in obedience to His call.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your mercy and grace. We lift up these two women to You, asking that You would draw them to Yourself in a mighty way. Lord, open their eyes to see the truth of the Gospel, that Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation, peace, and eternal life. Softens their hearts, Father, and remove any blindness that keeps them from surrendering to You. Pour out Your Spirit upon them, convicting them of sin and leading them to repentance.
For the woman who showed kindness in a time of need, we pray that You would bless her abundantly. May she come to know the depth of Your love and the richness of Your grace. Protect her from all harm, and surround her with Your peace. Use the seeds of kindness planted in her life to bring forth a harvest of righteousness.
For the woman who spoke the name of Jesus in authority, we thank You for the power of Your name to drive back the forces of darkness. Lord, reveal Yourself to her in a personal and undeniable way. May she come to know Jesus not just as a name of power, but as her Savior and Lord. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, and lead her into a life of faith and obedience.
We also pray for our brother/sister who has brought these requests before us. Strengthen them in their faith, Lord, and protect them from the attacks of the enemy. Clothe them in Your armor, and fill them with Your peace. Give them opportunities to share the Gospel with these women, and grant them the words to speak.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
