Please stand with me in prayer tonight. I am grateful for God's faithfulness, but I also come before Him weary, tired, and in desperate need of His intervention. 1. Thanksgiving to My Faithful Father Please thank God with me for His unfailing love, mercy, and faithfulness. Today He reminded me once again that He is fighting battles I cannot fight. He exposed hidden matters and confirmed truths that needed to come to light. Thank Him for never leaving me, for protecting me, and for continuing the good work He has begun in my life. 2. A Deeper Relationship with God Pray that I would love God more than anything else. Ask Him to draw me closer, increase my faith, help me hear His voice clearly, trust Him even when I cannot understand what He is doing, and give me the grace to obey Him wholeheartedly. 3. Strength Because I Am Weary Please pray for me because I am physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually tired. I have been carrying many burdens, and I feel exhausted. Pray that the Lord renews my strength, lifts every heavy burden from my heart, and reminds me that He is carrying me even when I feel like I have nothing left to give. 4. Healing and Complete Restoration Pray that God heals every area of my life—my body, mind, emotions, finances, and spirit. May He restore everything that has been drained by stress, worry, disappointment, and exhaustion. 5. Divine Protection Please pray that the Lord surrounds me, my family, my work, my studies, my ministry, my future, and everything He has entrusted to me with His divine protection. May He deliver me from every trap, false accusation, manipulation, delay, and every assignment of the enemy. 6. Peaceful Sleep Pray that God grants me peaceful, refreshing, uninterrupted sleep every night. May every anxious thought, fear, nightmare, and spiritual attack be silenced, and may I wake up refreshed and strengthened each morning. 7. Financial Breakthrough Please pray for God's supernatural provision. My salary is no longer enough to meet my responsibilities, and I am struggling to make ends meet. Pray that God opens new doors of provision, clears my financial burdens, provides every resource I need, and teaches me to trust Him completely as my Provider. 8. Accommodation Please pray that God leads me to a safe, peaceful, affordable self-contained house where I can live with dignity and have enough land to grow food for self-sustainability. I need Him to make a way because I have not yet found a suitable place. 9. Further Studies and Scholarships Pray that God opens doors for my further studies, especially in Agroecology, Sustainable Development, and other professional opportunities. May He provide scholarships, sponsorships, grants, tuition support, and everything needed to complete what He has called me to study. 10. Favor Over Every Application Please pray that God blesses every proposal, application, concept note, funding request, partnership request, and opportunity before me. May He connect me with the right people, organizations, mentors, and decision-makers who will say "yes" according to His perfect will. 11. Students Seeking Placements This burden is especially heavy on my heart. Please pray for the students looking for experiential learning placements, especially the young women. Many organizations are rejecting female students while requesting males, yet many male students are not interested. Pray that God opens impossible doors, changes hearts, raises new partners, and provides placements for every deserving student. Pray that He gives me wisdom, favor, creativity, and divine connections to help them. 12. Every Project God Has Given Me Please pray over every programme, vision, project, responsibility, and initiative that God has entrusted to me. May He provide committed partners, volunteers, donors, sponsors, stakeholders, and every resource needed to accomplish His purposes. 13. Youth Pitch Competition Pray that God raises generous funders, mentors, judges, volunteers, and strategic partners for the Youth Pitch Competition, and that it becomes a platform that transforms many young lives. 14. Students and Young People Pray that God raises a generation of diligent, responsible, innovative, servant-hearted young people who value learning, volunteering, gaining experience, integrity, and excellence. 15. My Workplace Please pray for me because I have been experiencing bullying, resistance, discouragement, and emotional exhaustion at work. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed and alone. Pray that God fights for me, gives me wisdom, protects my heart, grants me favor, and establishes peace where there has been conflict. 16. My Office and Calling Pray that God establishes my office with the authority, operational independence, communication channels, office space, recognition, and structures needed for it to function effectively according to His purpose. 17. Order and Justice Pray that God brings order where there is confusion, accountability where there is disorder, integrity where there is compromise, and justice where there has been unfairness. May righteous leadership prevail. 18. Protection Over My Work Please pray that no one interferes with, misrepresents, or takes credit for the work, ideas, projects, and vision God has entrusted to me. May truth, honesty, and integrity always prevail. 19. Management and Leadership Pray that God softens the hearts of management and senior leadership. May they listen with wisdom, act fairly, establish proper structures, and make decisions that honor God and benefit the institution. 20. Victory Over Every Battle Please pray that the Lord Himself fights every battle I cannot fight. May every obstacle become a testimony, every opposition become an opportunity for God's glory, and every plan of the enemy be frustrated. 21. Favor, Promotion, and Expansion Pray that God establishes the work of my hands, opens doors that no one can shut, expands my influence for His glory, and positions me where I can serve effectively and make a lasting impact. 22. Peace for My Heart Finally, please pray that God removes every burden, fear, frustration, anxiety, discouragement, disappointment, and emotional exhaustion from my heart. I long to experience His peace, joy, hope, and assurance again. Above all, please pray that God's perfect will is accomplished in every area of my life. I believe He is able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all I can ask, think, or imagine. Though I am weary, I choose to trust Him. May His name alone receive all the glory. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your faith and trust in Him, even in the midst of weariness and struggle. Your prayer request is a powerful testament to your dependence on God, and we stand with you, lifting every concern to the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus.

First, we join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His unfailing love, mercy, and faithfulness. He truly is a God who fights our battles, exposes hidden truths, and never leaves nor forsakes us. As it is written in Psalm 138:8, "Yahweh will fulfill his purpose for me. Yahweh, your loving kindness endures forever. Don’t forsake the works of your own hands." We praise Him for the good work He has begun in you and for His promise to complete it.

We pray that your love for God would deepen more and more each day. May He draw you closer to His heart, increase your faith, and help you to hear His voice clearly. Let your trust in Him be unwavering, even when His ways are beyond your understanding. As Jesus said in John 14:21, "One who has my commandments, and keeps them, that person is one who loves me. One who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him, and will reveal myself to him." May you experience His presence in a fresh and powerful way.

Father, we ask that You renew your beloved child’s strength, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The burdens they carry are heavy, but You promise in Matthew 11:28-30, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Lift every weight from their heart, Lord, and remind them that You are carrying them.

We pray for complete healing and restoration in every area of their life, body, mind, emotions, finances, and spirit. You are the God who restores, and we trust You to replenish all that has been drained by stress, worry, and exhaustion. As Jeremiah 30:17 declares, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds."

Lord, we ask for Your divine protection to surround them, their family, their work, their studies, their ministry, and every area You have entrusted to them. Deliver them from every trap, false accusation, manipulation, and assignment of the enemy. Let Your angels encamp around them, as Psalm 34:7 promises, "The angel of Yahweh encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."

Grant them peaceful, refreshing, and uninterrupted sleep each night. Silence every anxious thought, fear, and spiritual attack. May they wake up renewed and strengthened, ready to face each day with hope. As Psalm 4:8 says, "In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."

Father, we pray for a supernatural financial breakthrough. Their salary is no longer sufficient, but You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Open new doors of provision, clear their financial burdens, and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. As Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

We ask that You lead them to a safe, peaceful, and affordable home where they can live with dignity and even grow food for self-sustainability. Make a way where there seems to be no way, Lord, and let Your favor go before them.

For their further studies, we pray that You open doors in Agroecology, Sustainable Development, and other professional opportunities. Provide scholarships, sponsorships, grants, and all that is needed to complete the calling You have placed on their life. As Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."

We pray for favor over every application, proposal, and opportunity before them. Connect them with the right people, organizations, and mentors who will say "yes" according to Your perfect will. Let Your favor shine upon them like a shield, as Psalm 5:12 declares, "For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield."

Our hearts are heavy for the students seeking placements, especially the young women facing rejection. We pray that You open impossible doors, change hearts, and raise up new partners to provide opportunities for every deserving student. Give wisdom, favor, creativity, and divine connections to help them.

Lord, we lift up every project, vision, and responsibility You have entrusted to them. Provide committed partners, volunteers, donors, sponsors, and every resource needed to accomplish Your purposes. As Zechariah 4:6 reminds us, "Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says Yahweh of Armies."

For the Youth Pitch Competition, we pray that You raise generous funders, mentors, judges, volunteers, and strategic partners. Let this platform transform many young lives for Your glory.

We pray for a generation of young people who are diligent, responsible, innovative, and servant-hearted. May they value learning, integrity, and excellence, and may they rise up to fulfill Your purposes.

Father, we ask for Your intervention in their workplace. The bullying, resistance, and emotional exhaustion they face are not from You. Fight for them, grant them wisdom, protect their heart, and establish peace where there has been conflict. As Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

Establish their office and calling with the authority, independence, and structures needed to function effectively. Let Your purpose be fulfilled in every way.

Bring order where there is confusion, accountability where there is disorder, integrity where there is compromise, and justice where there has been unfairness. Let righteous leadership prevail, as Proverbs 29:2 declares, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan."

Protect their work, ideas, and vision from interference, misrepresentation, or theft. Let truth, honesty, and integrity always prevail.

We pray that You soften the hearts of management and leadership. May they listen with wisdom, act fairly, and make decisions that honor You and benefit the institution.

Lord, we declare victory over every battle they face. Turn every obstacle into a testimony, every opposition into an opportunity for Your glory, and frustrate every plan of the enemy. As 1 John 5:4 says, "For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world: your faith."

Establish the work of their hands, open doors no one can shut, expand their influence for Your glory, and position them where they can serve effectively. As Psalm 90:17 declares, "Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us; yes, establish the work of our hands."

Finally, we pray that You remove every burden, fear, frustration, anxiety, discouragement, and emotional exhaustion from their heart. Fill them with Your peace, joy, hope, and assurance. Let them experience Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are working all things together for their good, as Romans 8:28 promises.

Above all, may Your perfect will be accomplished in every area of their life. You are able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all we can ask or imagine, and we trust You to fulfill Your purposes. To You alone be all the glory, honor, and praise, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen.

Thank you for sharing your heart so openly. We can hear the weariness in your words, and we’re grateful for the thanksgiving you offer even in that place of exhaustion, that is a beautiful act of trust.

When we are spent physically, emotionally, and spiritually, it can feel as though we have nothing left to give. And yet God does not ask us to keep running on empty. He invites the weary to come to Him for rest. You’ve done that, and we join you in lifting these burdens up.

The sheer number of responsibilities you carry, work, studies, ministry, students, finances, would wear anyone down. We sense the weight on you, and we want you to know: it is not a failure of faith to feel overwhelmed. It’s honest, and it opens the door for God to meet you in your need.

One practical encouragement: in your weariness, try not to isolate. Let someone you trust at church or in your community walk alongside you in this season, especially regarding the loneliness and discouragement you face at work. Sometimes a burden shared becomes lighter, and God often uses His people to hold us up when we cannot stand.

We will pray.

Father, thank You for this beloved child of Yours who clings to You even in exhaustion. We ask for Your renewing touch on their body, mind, and spirit. Grant them deep, peaceful sleep that restores. Provide for every financial and housing need according to Your perfect provision. Fight for them in the workplace, bring justice, wisdom, and peace where there has been conflict. Lift the weariness and replace it with Your strength. May they know, in the depths, that they are carried. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You come before God weary and tired, and that is a good place to begin, for our weakness is the stage upon which His strength is displayed. I would have you know that the promise stands sure: “As thy days, so shall thy strength be.” But we shall never see the brightness of that star while we stand in the daylight of self-sufficiency; we must go down into the deep well of our own weakness to discover its glory. You feel you have no strength left, body, mind, and spirit drained. This is the very spot where divine strength delights to work. All strength apart from God is derived strength, and therefore measurable, and will at last fail as a brook in drought. But His strength never diminishes; with Him is no weariness, no exhaustion. When there remains no ability in you of any sort, then fling yourself upon divine omnipotence, and hear Him say, “They shall walk and not faint.”

You have been tempted, I perceive, to look at the floodwaters and to count the days. Remember the dove that Noah sent forth. She found no rest for the sole of her foot, and being weary and mired with the filthy water, she could barely reach the ark; yet Noah put out his hand and pulled her in. So shall it be with you. Trust not your own raven or your own dove, trust your God! Wait upon Him until He opens the door. It is a sweet thing to be a guest at the table of Providence, and to let God carve for you; your plate shall have plenty, but if you carve for yourself, you will cut your fingers and not much else.

You cry for strength, for provision, for open doors, for justice in the gates. I charge you to seek that strength in the joy of the Lord, for “the joy of the Lord is your strength.” This joy is of divine origin, springing up where repentance has bedewed the soul. The steps by which we ascend to that palace of delight are often moist with tears, and you have shed many. But know this: the glad news of the gospel is printed on wet paper. After the shower comes clear shining, and the flowers of gladness blossom. Lay hold of this joy, not the hollow mirth of the world, but that deep delight in God which comes from knowing you are forgiven, accepted, safe in the Beloved. That will strengthen you for every duty and every trial.

You ask for faith to love God more, to hear His voice, to obey with a whole heart. There is a prayer that the apostles prayed when they felt a hard command laid upon them: “Lord, increase our faith.” They did not reject the precept as impossible; they felt that only faith could work such a wonder, and that even faith needed strengthening from its Author. Do you the same. Whenever a duty towers before you that makes flesh and blood shrink back, breathe that prayer: “Increase my faith.” He who gave the command will supply the power. The “shall” of grace is mightier than the “I will” of pride, and He can make the most unwilling spirit sweetly constrained to be willing.

Concerning your many burdens, your workplace sorrows, your financial straits, the students, the projects, bear in mind the apostle’s word: “Bear ye one another’s burdens.” You are carrying much alone, and some of that load you were meant to share with the household of faith. Yet take care; for the same apostle adds, “Every man shall bear his own burden.” You are not called to carry responsibilities that belong to another’s shoulder, nor to fret yourself into the grave over matters that are God’s to order. Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee. He will not permit the righteous to be moved. The shoes He gives are iron and brass; they are made for rough roads and long miles. Wherever He leads, the anointing oil of His Spirit shall dip your foot, and you shall leave the print of grace behind you.

As for the hidden battles, the traps, the false accusations, the manipulations, these are the very things He fights for you. You are not to struggle in the darkness as one who has no captain. The Lord Himself exposed hidden matters and brought truth to light before, and He will do it again. Commit every application, every project, every student, every vision into His hands. He connects the hearts of men; He opens doors no man can shut. Trust Him with the scholarships, the house, the land for self-sustainability. He who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies knows your need. Let not your salary become your god; let the Lord your Provider be exalted. Even now, in the tightness of your finances, He is teaching you to lean wholly upon Him, and that lesson is worth more than silver or gold.

I would have you also take care of your own spirit. You have been experiencing bullying and resistance, and you say you feel alone. That is a fiery trial, my friend, but the Son of God walks with you in the furnace. Pray that the hearts of those in authority be softened; but more, pray that your own heart be kept in peace. The “peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” When men misrepresent or take credit for your work, roll it onto the Lord. He is the glory of your strength; the shame of your weakness drives you to Him, but the glory of any success must return to Him alone. If He establishes the work of your hands, no enemy shall prevail against it.

I exhort you also to seek that gracious renewal of your vows. In a season of overwhelming mercy and deliverance, and such a season shall come, set apart a time to crown God with fresh praises. Bind the sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar. When He has brought you through the flood and set your feet on dry ground, let your first act be a fresh surrender: “I am my Beloved’s, and my Beloved is mine.”

Now, as to peaceful sleep. The Lord giveth His beloved sleep. It is the gift of grace to lie down without terror, to close the eyes in sweet confidence that He who keepeth Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. Bid your anxious thoughts be still; roll every care over upon Him. When you wake refreshed, you will find that your strength is renewed as the eagle’s. Physical rest is a covenant mercy, and a quiet mind under the shadow of the Almighty is better than a full purse.

For the young women seeking placements, and for all your students, plead the promise that no good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly. The hearts of men are in His hand; He can turn them as rivers of water. Raise your prayer to Him, and then go forward with holy ingenuity and quiet confidence. He who found a place for the widow of Zarephath and for the Shunammite will make room for these daughters. Your concern for them is a reflection of the Shepherd’s heart; but remember, you are an under-shepherd, and the chief Shepherd bears the full weight.

To sum up all: the Lord is faithful. He who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Christ. Do not measure His love by your feelings, nor His power by your weakness. When you are emptied, He will fill you; when you are brought low, He will lift you up. The enemy plots, but He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh. Go forward, then, in the strength that is not your own, and let His joy be your portion. I commend you to the word of His grace, and to the God of all comfort, who comforteth us in all our tribulation. He is able to do exceeding abundantly above all we ask or think. Rest in that, and be at peace.

The Lord knows your weariness, and He does not turn away from a heart poured out in honesty. You thank Him for His faithfulness in exposing hidden things; this is the work of the sword He promised, not a peace of easy agreement but the blade that cuts away what is diseased. Where there is bullying, discord, or robbery disguised as agreement, remember that not all peace is from above. When injustice must be named and false alliances broken, that severing is itself a truer peace, for only when what corrupts is removed can health return.

That rest you long for, where burdens are lifted and sleep is undisturbed, is a sign pointing to the perfect rest that awaits where no sorrow or sighing dwells. Even now, He grants foretastes of it to those who hold fast. You are exhausted in body, mind, and spirit, but the strength you need does not come from ease. It comes from being girded with truth. That truth guards the loins of your mind, so that when you stumble you do not collapse. Let your every thought, every decision in study, work, and ministry cling to what is true and shun falsehood. Then, even in poverty or conflict, you stand firm.

Seek peace and holiness, without which no one sees the Lord. That command is not for a moment but for a way of life. If any sin, any compromise, or any bitterness has found lodging, cut it off. A clean conscience is the mother of joy. You may be in want, you may face rejection, but the soul that holds fast to uprightness has a deeper well of gladness than those who dress in soft clothing and sit in high places. Do not let the bullying at work or the struggles of your students steal that inner peace, for it is a fruit of the Spirit, not of circumstances.

The angels themselves are given charge over believers; you are not alone. When you lie down, commend your spirit to that protection, not with anxious repetition but with the confidence of a child. The enemy sets traps, but the Lord who exposed hidden matters will continue to fight for you. Your financial strain, your search for a home, the doors you need opened for study and for those young women seeking placements, all these are known. Ask, work diligently, then leave the outcome in His hands, trusting that He cares for your body and your calling alike.

Above all, do not let your heart be disturbed by the world's measure of success. Honor, promotion, and provision are His to give in His time. Your part is to pursue the truth in love, to walk in integrity, and to keep your soul at rest in Him. When the enemy roars, answer with the peace that comes from a life yielded to God. That peace is your weapon and your shield. May the Father who gives good gifts grant you refreshing sleep, daily provision, and the deep assurance that His perfect will is being accomplished, even when the path is hidden. To Him be the glory, now and forever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
