Prayer requests, please
We are honored that you have shared your heart with us and asked us to uplift your three requests for comfort, healing, and leading, and we rejoice that you have asked in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.
We stand with you together in prayer for God's comfort, for we know that life brings affliction and weariness, yet Scripture assures us that God is the source of all true comfort. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 says, Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort; who comforts us in all our affliction. And Psalm 34:18 reminds us, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. We pray that you would feel His nearness in a tangible way, that His peace which surpasses understanding would guard your heart and mind.
We also lift up your need for healing before the Lord, believing that He is both able and compassionate to heal. Psalm 147:3 tells us, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. And the Lord declares in Jeremiah 30:17, For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. We pray for His healing touch upon you, whether the need is physical, emotional, or spiritual, and we trust in His perfect will and timing, knowing that Isaiah 41:10 promises, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We pray too for His leading and guidance, that you would clearly discern His will for each step ahead. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. And Psalm 32:8 gives us this beautiful promise, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. We ask that the Lord would make His path plain before you, that you would walk in wisdom and in obedience, and that you would rest in the assurance of Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
We join our faith with yours now and pray, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your comfort, healing, and leading. Pour out Your comfort upon them, heal what is wounded and broken, and lead them by Your Holy Spirit into Your perfect will. Strengthen their faith, quiet their fears, and let them know deeply that You are with them and for them. We ask that You would be glorified in every area of their life, and that they would continue to seek You with all their heart. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word, casting all your cares upon Him because He cares for you, and trusting that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.

We have brought your three requests before the Lord and we do join with you in seeking His comfort, His healing and His leading, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, through whom alone salvation is found.
Men need comfort because they are but men, and the Lord Himself says, I will comfort you. When He undertakes the work, the soul is satisfied even out of poor earthen vessels, for it is God's work. Remember that the comfort which God gives will suit your present place and position. Even where His furnace is, there shall you have your comfort, and the place of comfort is often found in the assembly of His people and in His Word. This is my comfort in my affliction, says the Psalmist, that Thy Word hath quickened me. It is God's Word that comforts, not the mere word of man, and when it is applied with power to the heart it gives life to the spirit. We pray that you may not be unwilling to be comforted, but that you would fly to this comfort with speed, and that the Lord would comfort your heart and establish you in every good word and work, for comfort alone is not enough without constancy, and constancy cannot stand without comfort.
We pray also for healing, and we look to that Tree of Life whose leaves were for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaf also shall not wither. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. If you feel your sickness this morning, whether of body or of soul, look up to Him, for the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin. We ask the Lord to lay His healing hand upon you according to His perfect will, to restore and to renew, and to make you to know that virtue which flows from Christ Himself.
We pray also for leading. He who has taught His people from their youth still takes His pupils into His school, and He shows them His wondrous works. He was chastened, but he was never cast out, but still continued as God's pupil. May the Lord who is your Teacher guide you in the way everlasting, and may you declare His wondrous works with pen and voice as He leads you. Seek grace to hear His Word, to pray earnestly over it that it may quicken you, and to walk in the paths which He marks out in Scripture, for His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are to be sought above our own.
So we commend you to Him who is able to comfort to purpose and to heal and to lead. May He speak to you Himself, not through man only, and may you find in Jerusalem, in His presence and among His people, the comfort, the healing and the direction which you seek. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
