We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord together in Jesus' name. We understand the discouragement you feel when your business doors seem closed and clients cancel appointments, and we hear your concern that it feels like someone has built an altar to steal what God has given you to do.
We want to remind you that our God is sovereign over every business and every open and closed door. He is the one who gives us power to get wealth and to do good work with our hands Deuteronomy 8:18, and every good gift comes down from the Father of lights James 1:17. When we commit our work to Him, He directs our paths Psalm 37:5. We also know that diligence and integrity matter, for the hand of the diligent makes rich Proverbs 10:4, so we encourage you to continue working faithfully, honestly, and excellently as unto the Lord, trusting Him with the results.
We must also gently rebuke the fear that another person's altar or curse has more power than our God. The Word tells us that no weapon that is formed against you will prevail Isaiah 54:17, and greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. If God is for us, who can be against us Romans 8:31. We do recognize that spiritual opposition is real, but we do not overcome it by fearing altars or by seeking other spiritual powers, we overcome by standing firm in Christ, by prayer, by the Word, and by trusting in the name of Jesus alone. The Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one 2 Thessalonians 3:3, and we need not live in anxiety but in every situation by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let our requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation Romans 10:9-10. So together we pray for you. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we lift up this dear one whose business feels blocked and whose clients are turning away. Lord, You see the discouragement and the financial pressure, and You know every appointment that was made and canceled. We ask You to open the doors that no man can shut, to bring the clients You have appointed, and to establish the work of their hands. We pray that You would provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19, and that You would give wisdom, favor, and peace in this business. We rebuke every spirit of fear, envy, and theft, and we declare that no curse or altar formed against Your child can stand against the blood of Jesus. Cover this business with Your protection, let Your will be done, and let this dear one rest in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us and to fear not for You are with us Isaiah 41:10. Strengthen faith to trust You more than circumstances, and draw this heart closer to Jesus, that all would be done for Your glory. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

Your request concerning your business has been laid before the Lord and we have prayed with you in this trial of closed doors and cancelled appointments.
It is a heavy burden when honest labour seems to be hindered and when clients turn away for reasons you cannot understand. You speak as though some power had been raised against you to steal what God has given you to do. Hear then what the Scripture says, for our Lord Jesus Christ Himself declares, I am the door. By me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. Doors meet us everywhere in our daily life, and Christ meets us at every door. No altar built by man, no evil wish of another, can shut the door which Christ opens, and no man can keep open that which He shuts. Your business, your daily calling, is in His hands far more than in the hands of clients or competitors.
We would urge you not to be overcome by the thought of revenge or by seeking to answer evil with evil. That way never succeeds and it injures your own soul more than any loss can injure your estate. The apostle exhorts us to overcome evil with good. If indeed others wish you harm, you are to commit your cause to Him that judges righteously and to continue in doing good. Do not be driven into harshness of thought or speech, but cast your burden upon the Lord, as the psalmist says, and He shall sustain you. If you have cast it upon Him, do not take it again to carry it yourself, but leave it there in prayer and trust.
Remember also that seasons of disappointment are often used by God to search the heart and to draw us nearer to Christ. Let this time lead you to examine whether you have entered by the one Door, which is faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose blood cleanses us from all sin. All our failures in business, all our anxieties and all our sins, must be brought to that fountain. There is no other remedy for the iniquity of our hearts or for the trouble of our lives. Come anew to Him, confess your need, and ask for His mercy and wisdom.
Be diligent in your calling, be upright in all your dealings, be constant in prayer, and be ready to speak a word on behalf of God even in the workshop and the place of business. Let your life reflect honor upon the Prince who has bestowed honor upon you. God is able to open new doors of usefulness before you when He sees it good, and to provide for you day by day.
We pray for you now, that the Lord would give you peace in this trial, that He would guard your heart from fear and from evil thoughts, that He would establish the work of your hands so far as it is for your good and His glory, that He would open the doors which no man can shut and give you grace to walk through them with thankfulness, and that you may find your rest not in the number of clients but in Christ Himself, who is our Door and our Shepherd.
