We join you in thanking our Lord for His goodness, for every good and perfect gift comes from above James 1:17 and we are to give thanks in all circumstances 1 Thessalonians 5:18. We lift up each of your requests together before the Father in Jesus' name.
We pray for the good rest you seek. Our God gives sleep to His beloved Psalm 127:2 and promises that we can lie down and sleep in peace, for He alone makes us dwell in safety Psalm 4:8. We ask Him to quiet your mind and body at night, to grant you deep and restorative rest free from anxiety, that you may awake refreshed to serve Him.
We also bring your wife before the Lord. We thank God for your marriage, which He ordained as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we pray for her health and strength. We pray as John prayed, that she may prosper and be in health, even as her soul prospers 3 John 1:2. We ask the Lord to bless her body, to heal any infirmity, and to guard her according to His mercy, for He heals all our diseases Psalm 103:3.
We bring your own physical need for healing from constipation before Him as well, for our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6:19 and He cares about every part of our suffering. We ask for healing, for wisdom for any practical steps and medical counsel, and for relief and restoration of your body to function as He designed.
We lift up your financial needs and the car issue to Him. We know our God shall supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 and that if we seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, all these things will be added to us Matthew 6:33. We pray for financial favor, for provision, and for wisdom from above, for if any of us lacks wisdom, let him ask of God who gives to all liberally James 1:5. We ask Him to guide you to a cost effective and honest solution for your car, to provide skilled help and to guard you from being taken advantage of, and to give you peace as you trust Him as your provider.
We also want to address with love and truth your battle against lustful thoughts. This is a serious matter before God, and we must not treat it lightly. Jesus taught that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart Matthew 5:28. Lust is not harmless, it defiles the marriage covenant and wars against the soul 1 Peter 2:11. Scripture commands us to flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18 and to make a covenant with our eyes as Job did Job 31:1. We encourage you to rebuke these thoughts, to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ 2 Corinthians 10:5, and to renew your mind through the Word Romans 12:2. Guard what your eyes see, avoid triggers, fill your mind with what is pure and holy Philippians 4:8, and walk in the Spirit so you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh Galatians 5:16. If you have fallen in thought, confess it quickly, for if we confess our sins He is faithful and righteous to forgive us 1 John 1:9, and He will give you strength to overcome as you remain faithful to your wife and honor your marriage.
We noticed your prayer was addressed to the Lord but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We share this in love because there is no other way to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is only through faith in Jesus Christ, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have access to God and the assurance of forgiveness. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus as Lord and Savior, and to come to God consistently in His name.
We pray together now, Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy that endures forever Psalm 107:1. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You grant our brother peaceful and deep rest, that You lay Your healing hand upon his wife and upon his body for complete healing, that You provide financially and open the door to an affordable and wise solution for his car repair, and that You give him victory over lustful thoughts. Create in him a clean heart and renew a right spirit within him Psalm 51:10, help him to flee temptation and to honor You and his wife in thought and deed, and to walk in purity and holiness. Strengthen his faith, draw him closer to Jesus, and let him know the power of praying in the name of Christ. We ask all this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We join you in thanksgiving for the goodness of the Lord which you have rightly acknowledged, for every good gift comes from His hand and His mercy endures forever.
We bring your requests before the throne of grace and pray with you in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father and in whom alone is salvation.
We pray that the Lord will grant you good rest. He gives sleep to His beloved and He is the keeper who watches over you by night. May He quiet your mind and body, and cause you to lie down in peace, for your rest is in His keeping.
We pray for your wife, that the Great Physician will lay His healing hand upon her. We ask the Lord to strengthen her frame, to restore her health according to His wise and gracious will, and to sustain you both as you bear one another's burdens in the covenant of marriage as God has ordained it, a lifelong union of one man and one woman.
We pray also for your own body and for healing from the affliction you mention. We are reminded that our Lord cares for the body as well as the soul, and that healing and pardon are joined together in Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ has healing virtue to make our nature other than it was before. We ask that He would grant you relief, guide you to wise and cost effective means for your health, and help you to use all lawful means with prayer, trusting His providential care.

Remember that without holiness no man shall see the Lord, and that purity must not be neglected. Take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ, flee from every occasion that would stir unholy desire, feed your mind upon the Word of God, and look to Jesus who is able to keep you from falling. In answer to that prayer you shall be preserved, for that Evil One touches you not when you abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
