We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness, for His mercies are new every morning and His faithfulness endures forever. We lift up each of your requests together before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus.
We notice you addressed your prayer to Dear Lord, and we want to gently encourage you that it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father and it is by His name we are saved. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for in Romans 10:9, If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is in His precious name we pray.
We pray for your rest, that God would grant you peaceful and restorative sleep. In Psalm 127:2, we are reminded that he gives sleep to his loved ones, and in Psalm 4:8, I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh, alone make me live in safety. We ask the Lord to quiet your mind and body at night and renew your strength.
We lift up your wife to the Lord, thanking Him for the gift of marriage which He ordained as a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman. We pray for her health and strength, that the Lord would sustain her and bless her. In 3 John 1:2, Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers. We ask God to touch her body, to guard her health, and to fill you both with peace as you care for one another in love.
We also bring before the Lord your own body and your request for healing from constipation. We know our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit as taught in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, and God cares for every detail of our physical needs. We pray for healing, for comfort, and for your body to function as God designed it. We ask for wisdom for any practical steps, diet, hydration, and medical counsel that may help, trusting that the Lord is our healer.
We pray for financial favor and for a cost effective solution to your car issue. Our God knows our needs and is our provider. In Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. And in Matthew 6:33, But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. We ask the Lord to open doors, to grant you wisdom and favor, and to provide an honest and affordable repair or solution that eases this burden.
We also stand with you against lustful thoughts, and we commend you for bringing this struggle into the light in prayer. This is a battle many face, and God calls us to purity and holiness. Jesus taught in Matthew 5:28, Everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart. We are called to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ as in 2 Corinthians 10:5, and to flee from temptation. In 1 Corinthians 10:13, No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it. We pray that God would cleanse your mind, renew your heart as in Psalm 51:10, Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me, and help you to fix your eyes on what is pure and honorable. We encourage you to guard what you see, to fill your mind with Scripture, to stay accountable, and to walk in the Spirit daily.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. We have carried your requests before the throne of grace and join our hearts with yours in prayer to our heavenly Father through Jesus Christ our Lord.
We thank God with you for His goodness, for every mercy is from His hand, and we ask that He would grant you good and quiet rest. May He who gives His beloved sleep grant you to lie down in peace, with a mind stayed upon Him and a body refreshed for His service.
We bring before the Lord the health of your wife and your own bodily affliction. You do well to tell your case to Jesus as you would tell it to a physician, for He is the heavenly Physician whose very leaves are for healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Christ and His salvation, not only in great things but in the least thing about Him there is healing virtue. We pray that the Sun of Righteousness may rise upon you both with healing in His wings, and that as He pardons He may also heal, for healing and forgiveness are placed in happy conjunction in Christ. We ask the Lord to lay His hand upon your wife to strengthen and restore her, and to bring relief and health to your body according to His wise and tender will.

We pray that He would grant you wisdom, open doors of honest provision, and supply what is needful in a way that shows His hand and keeps you from anxious care, that you may continue to walk in charity toward others as well as in purity before Him.
And we pray with you earnestly against lustful thoughts. Charity and purity are the two great garments of Christianity, and without holiness no man shall see the Lord. Lust is a grave snare that would draw the heart from the holy God, but the Gospel has healing power to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. We pray that the Lord would keep you unspotted, that He would cleanse your mind by His Spirit, fix your affections upon Christ, and give you strength to watch and to pray and to turn your eyes from vanity. May faith come by hearing the Word, and may Christ linked with His teaching keep your heart in the way of holiness.
