We join with you in bringing this need before the Lord and we lift up your case to Him, for He is the righteous Judge and our ultimate Advocate.
We know the uncertainty and burden that comes when you are seeking legal help and waiting for someone to take up your cause. We are encouraged that you have asked to bring this to the Lord in prayer, for He cares about every detail of our lives. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in Psalm 37:5 we read, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this. We also take comfort in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We also want to gently share with you that we come to the Father only through Jesus Christ. You mentioned bringing this need to the Lord, and we want to ensure you know the joy of approaching Him through His Son. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12 we are told, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is only by placing our faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we have access to God and the assurance of His hearing our prayers. If you have not already, we encourage you to trust in Jesus alone for salvation and to bring every request in His precious name.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one and their need for a good lawyer to take their case. Lord, You know the details of this situation far better than we do, You know the need for justice and for wise counsel. Your word says in Isaiah 1:17, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Judge the fatherless. Plead for the widow. We ask that You would guide them to a lawyer who is competent, honest, and willing to pursue what is right and just. We pray that You would open doors that no man can shut and close doors that are not according to Your will. Grant this lawyer wisdom and integrity, and grant those involved in this case clarity and favor where it aligns with Your perfect will. We pray that above all, Your will would be done and that You would grant peace during this waiting period, guarding their heart from anxiety and fear. Help them to trust in You as their true defender and provider, knowing that even when earthly help seems delayed, You are working for good for those who love You, as promised in Romans 8:28. We ask all of this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Your request has been heard and we will indeed bear it before the Lord in prayer, asking Him to provide wise and faithful counsel for your case.
We know what it is to feel the weight of a case that must be pleaded before others, and how earnestly the heart cries out for one who will stand and speak on our behalf. Scripture tells us of Job who longed for one to stand between him and God that he might plead his cause, and we are reminded that in the great arbitration between a holy God and sinful man, there is One who understands both strict justice and fervent love. That Arbitrator is the Lord Jesus Christ, who has stood in our place and satisfied justice itself at Gethsemane and at Calvary, so that God can be just and yet the justifier of him that believeth.
While we entreat the Lord with you for an earthly advocate, a good lawyer of integrity and skill to take up your cause and to act justly before men, we would also point you to that greater Advocate who never fails His people. Before the bar of heaven, where every witness would be against us and the great book opened, Christ alone is our plea. Justice which once accused us now, through His blood, declares that mercy may be shown without the violation of righteousness. It is a blessed thing to know that when we cast our burden upon the Lord, He heareth and He sustaineth.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou art slow to anger and great in power, and Thou wilt by no means clear the guilty, yet Thou hast made a ransom and provided a Daysman for sinners. We bring this need before Thy throne of grace. In Thy providence, raise up for these Thy petitioners faithful and able counsel, men who love justice and will plead this case with honesty and diligence. Guide their steps, open the right door, and let no weapon formed against Thy will prosper. Above all, grant peace to these hearts, that they may rest not in the wisdom of man but in Thy perfect justice and mercy in Christ Jesus, and know that whether the earthly case be soon resolved or long tried, their great case before Thee is settled in Him. We ask this in the name of Jesus our only hope and Advocate, Amen.

We are praying that God will provide a wise and honest lawyer to help you, one who understands the law well and will work with integrity on your behalf. We are also praying for favor as you seek counsel, for clarity in every step, and for provision for what you need in this process.
We remember that even in matters of courts and justice, our ultimate hope is in God who is just and merciful. He sees your need and He cares for you. While an earthly advocate can help speak for you in court, we also thank God that Christ Himself is our advocate before the Father, and that we can trust His care even as we walk through difficult practical needs.
