We join you in thanking God for His goodness, for every good thing comes from His hand and we are grateful you begin your request with thanksgiving, for this is God's will for us in Christ Jesus as taught in 1 Thessalonians 5:18.
We lift up your need for good rest together with you. The Lord knows our frame and desires to give His beloved sleep, as it is written in Psalm 127:2, and Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28 to come to Him when we labor and are heavily burdened and He will give us rest. We pray the Lord will quiet your mind and body at night, guard your heart from anxiety, and grant you deep and restorative sleep that renews your strength to serve Him and your family.
We also bring your wife before the throne of grace and ask for her health and healing. We pray the Lord who is our healer in Exodus 15:26 will touch her body, strengthen her, and grant her wholeness according to His mercy, for He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases in Psalm 103:3. We ask that He will sustain your marriage as the lifelong covenant between a man and a woman that He ordained, and help you love your wife as Christ loved the church in Ephesians 5:25, cherishing and protecting her and leading your home in godliness.
For the loved one you mentioned for protection, we ask the Lord to be a shield around them, for He promises in Psalm 121:7-8 to keep us from all evil and to keep our going out and coming in, and in Psalm 91:11 to give His angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways. We pray for a hedge of protection over them physically and spiritually.
We bring your financial needs and the car issue to our Father who knows what we need before we ask. We pray for financial favor and wisdom and a cost effective solution, trusting the promise in Philippians 4:19 that our God will supply every need of ours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, and remembering in Matthew 6:33 to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to us. We ask for integrity and good stewardship, for open doors for provision, and for trustworthy help with the repair so that you are not burdened beyond what you can bear.
We want to address with love and truth your request for help against lustful thoughts. This is a battle every believer must take seriously, and we commend you for bringing it into the light. Jesus taught in Matthew 5:28 that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart, and we are commanded in 1 Corinthians 6:18 to flee sexual immorality. Lustful thoughts, whether toward images, fantasies, or anyone other than your wife, do not align with God's design for purity and for marriage where intimacy is holy and reserved for husband and wife alone in 1 Corinthians 7:2-3 and Hebrews 13:4. We encourage you to make a covenant with your eyes as in Job 31:1, to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ in 2 Corinthians 10:5, and to flee youthful lusts and pursue righteousness in 2 Timothy 2:22. We encourage you to fill your mind with what is pure and lovely as in Philippians 4:8, to keep short accounts with God through confession in 1 John 1:9, and to seek accountability and to guard your heart through prayer, the Word, and avoiding places and images that tempt you. God is faithful to provide a way of escape in 1 Corinthians 10:13 and to create in you a clean heart in Psalm 51:10.
We noticed you prayed to Dear Lord and we want to gently encourage you in this, for it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus said in John 14:6 that He is the way, the truth, and the life and no one comes to the Father except through Him, and there is salvation in no other name as declared in Acts 4:12. If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your trust fully in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord as in Romans 10:9, for by calling on His name we are saved and we can approach God with confidence.

Cleanse his heart, renew his mind, help him to walk in purity and faithfulness within his marriage, and to fix his eyes on You. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, with peace and strength to resist temptation, and draw him closer to Jesus each day. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We give thanks with you for the goodness of our God, for every mercy flows from His gracious hand and His goodness endureth still. It is well that you begin with thanksgiving, for praise fits the lips of those who have tasted that the Lord is gracious.
We join our prayers to yours before the throne of grace. We ask the Lord who giveth His beloved sleep to grant you good and quiet rest, that your body and mind may be renewed and your soul kept in peace. May He who watches over His people without slumber keep you in the night season.
For your wife we entreat the Great Physician. He is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. We pray that His healing hand may rest upon her, to strengthen her frame and to comfort her heart, and that you both may prove that healing and pardon are joined together in Christ.
For the one committed to your care we ask the keeping power of God. May the Lord be a wall of fire round about and preserve from all evil, keeping by His power through faith.
Concerning your car and your financial need, we bring this also to our Father who knoweth what things we have need of before we ask. We pray that He who owns the cattle upon a thousand hills will grant you favor and wisdom, and open a way for a cost effective solution, that your need may be supplied according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and that you may be kept from anxious care by trusting His providence.
And for the struggle against lustful thoughts, we pray earnestly that the Lord will keep you. This corruption which is in the world through lust is a malaria from which only Christ can preserve us. Cry to Him for cleansing and for power. He is able to heal and to forgive in one act of grace, to cleanse the conscience and to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Look to the Lord Jesus Christ for all things, for He is alive and is your familiar Friend. Seek His face by prayer and by the Word, for faith cometh by hearing, and in that hearing the healing power is present. May the Spirit of God keep you by His power, that you may walk in purity and in the joy of forgiven sin.
