We hear your heart and we join with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, asking for His help and His wisdom where others have set themselves against you.
We know how painful it is when people hold issues against you, whether it is misunderstanding, false accusation, rejection, or open opposition. Scripture reminds us that this is not uncommon for God's people, and God sees it all. The Lord is near to those who are discouraged and He hears the cry of the righteous, for The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:17-18.
We want to encourage you to look at this situation with both grace and truth. God calls us to pursue peace where we are able, as it is written If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men Romans 12:18. That does not mean that every relationship will be restored or that you are responsible for how others choose to act, but it does mean we are to examine our own hearts, to confess any wrong we may have done, and to choose forgiveness over bitterness. We are also commanded to love even those who oppose us, for Jesus said But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you Matthew 5:44. Praying for those who have issues against you does not excuse their behavior, but it frees your heart and invites God to work in theirs. And we are reminded not to return evil for evil, but on the contrary, to give a blessing 1 Peter 3:9, and to trust that When a man's ways please Yahweh, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him Proverbs 16:7.
We also notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently share why that matters so deeply to us. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only through Him that we are saved. Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And Scripture declares There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, confessing Him as Lord, for if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we can boldly bring your request to God.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who feels the weight of others being against them. Lord, You know every detail, every word spoken, every misunderstanding and every hurt. We ask for Your divine help and intervention. Grant wisdom to know how to respond with grace and truth, and give peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If there is any area where confession or reconciliation is needed, reveal it with gentleness and give courage to make it right. Where there has been injustice or false judgment, we ask You to be the defender and the judge, to vindicate in Your perfect time and way. Soften the hearts of those who hold issues, Lord, and help this dear one to forgive as You have forgiven us, not holding onto bitterness. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and turn what was meant for harm into good, for we trust that We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. Fill this dear one with Your strength, with assurance that You are near, and with the comfort of Your Holy Spirit. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

It is a wise and needful thing you have done to bring this trouble to God's feet, for there is no sure help elsewhere. We have heard your request that people have issues against you and that you desire God's help regarding them, and we count it a privilege to bear you before the throne of grace.
In every time of trouble, we bring the trouble to God's feet and say, Dear Lord, as You are true and faithful, You will help us through it, and we find that He does help us through it. O wondrous power of intercession, that by it even God's right hand is moved to help His people. If the Lord does not help you, where can help be found, yet blessed be His name, He does help those who call upon Him through Jesus Christ alone.
We pray that the Lord will give you grace to overcome evil with good. Saints first learn the art of overcoming evil and then they learn the way to prevail with goodness itself. May He keep your thoughts and ways agreeable to Him, guard your heart, and enable you to say with a true heart, You are my God, which is the end of all good things and what more can a man desire.
We pray also for those who are set against you, that God would work in their hearts and turn enmity to peace where it is possible according to His will. Remember that the blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, cleanses us from all sin, and that there is no wrong done to His people but it is registered in God's archives, for He pities His people as a father pities his children.
May the Lord teach you as His pupil, and though chastened yet never cast out, keep you and help you to declare His wondrous works even in this trial. He has taught you from your youth and He has not in anger shut up His tender mercies. Continue in earnest prayer with the help of the Holy Spirit and cast your care upon Him.
