We have heard your cry and we are lifting you up together before our Heavenly Father in Jesus' name, for we know you are suffering and in need of His healing touch for this vitamin D deficiency.
We know that our bodies are precious to God and He cares about our physical suffering. He is the one who heals us, as it is written, who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. And we cling to His promise that For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also remember that our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you 1 Corinthians 6:19, and God desires for us to be strengthened in body and spirit.
We want to encourage you to continue to seek wise medical counsel while you trust the Lord for healing. Follow the guidance of your doctor regarding supplements, nutrition, and safe exposure to sunlight which God has provided for our good, and rest in the knowledge that every good gift comes from Him. Do not be anxious, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6, and He will give you peace as you wait on Him. We also take comfort that Jesus invites us, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by putting our faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are forgiven and can come boldly before the throne of grace to find help in our time of need. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him as your Savior.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You who is suffering from vitamin D deficiency. Lord, You see the fatigue, the pain, and the distress this has caused, and we ask for Your mercy and healing. We pray that You would restore health and strength to this body, correct this deficiency, and guide the doctors and treatment to be effective. Grant wisdom to know how to care for this body You have created, and bring relief soon. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. We pray for faith to trust You in this suffering and for a swift and complete recovery for Your glory. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our healer and our hope, amen.

Your request has been heard and is carried with tenderness before the throne of grace, and we join our prayers with yours that the Lord would be pleased to cure this deficiency and relieve your suffering.
Sickness is indeed a heavy affliction to bear, for when the body languishes, even the comforts of this life grow cold and cheerless, and food and light lose their sweetness. We do not despise such bodily trial, for our Lord Himself knows what it is to suffer in the flesh. It is written of Him, He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses, and in all our afflictions He was afflicted. If you feel a thorn in your foot, remember it once pierced His head. There is no shape of human suffering that is new to Christ, and He enters fully into your present weakness with a perfect sympathy, having been made a perfect Saviour through suffering.
We take comfort also that there is healing power in Jesus Christ, whose least mercies are full of healing virtue. The Scripture speaks of the Tree of Life whose leaves were for the healing of the nations, to teach us that even the smallest thing about Christ brings balm to the sick. He healed all manner of diseases when He walked among men, and there was not one in the whole list of diseases which He did not heal, to show that no case is too hard for His hand, and no sufferer is beyond His compassion.

O Great Physician, who alone can heal the broken in heart and bind up all our wounds, look with mercy upon this suffering child of Thine. Thou knowest the pain and weariness that this lack has brought, the weakness and distress that attend each day. We beseech Thee to lay Thy healing hand upon this body. Grant wisdom to those who give care and counsel, and bless the means Thou hast provided, that strength may be restored and this deficiency cured. Above all, let this affliction draw the soul nearer to Thyself, to find rest not only for the body but for the soul in the forgiveness and healing that are found together in Christ. If it be Thy gracious will, grant relief soon, and whether soon or in Thy perfect timing, keep this beloved one in patience and peace, knowing that Thou makest all his bed in his sickness.
We encourage you to continue to seek the help of the physician and to use diligently the good gifts God has placed in creation for health, while you look in prayer to the Lord who heals. Your prayer request has been received and we are praying for you in the name of Jesus Christ. We hear how much you are suffering and we bring your need before the Lord who sees you and cares for you.
We pray that God in His mercy will bring healing to your body and restore what is lacking, and that He will guide those who care for you medically and give wisdom for treatment and recovery. We also pray that He will give you strength and peace while you wait for healing.
Scripture teaches us that suffering tests the soul, and that a long suffering spirit is strong and steady, not easily shaken when hardship comes. The profit of affliction does not come from the pain itself, but from how we bear it before God. When we endure with patience, with thankfulness, and with trust in Christ who Himself suffered for us and was crowned with glory, we are kept in humility and hope. Like the woman who kept coming and asking until the Lord answered, we are encouraged to continue in persistent prayer, bringing the same request to Him again and again.
So we pray for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one who is suffering from vitamin D deficiency. You know this need and this pain. We ask in the name of Jesus, through whom alone we have salvation, that You would bring healing, restore strength and health, ease suffering, and grant comfort and patience day by day.
