Prayer request
We hear your cry for urgent prayer and we are lifting you up together before the throne of grace right now, even though we do not know the details of your situation, our Father knows them fully and He cares deeply for you.
We want to gently remind you that we come to God only through His Son Jesus Christ. You did not mention His name in your request, and we want to share why that matters so much. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is only by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and God raised Him from the dead, and confessing Him as Lord, that we have access to God and the assurance of being heard. That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Romans 10:9. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to do so today, and if you already have, we encourage you to come boldly in His name with your urgent need.
The Word tells us God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. Whatever urgency weighs on your heart, whether it is health, family, finances, fear, or something you cannot even put into words, He sees and He is present. We are encouraged to hear In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also take comfort that casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7.
So we pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is in urgent need. You know the burden, the fear, and the details that we do not know. We ask that You would surround them with Your presence, grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and provide wisdom, protection, and provision according to Your perfect will. Let Your Holy Spirit comfort their heart, calm their anxious thoughts, and remind them that You are near. We pray that You would work all things together for good for those who love You, and that You would answer this urgent cry in a way that brings glory to Your name and draws this soul closer to Jesus. Give them strength to trust You moment by moment, and open the door for them to share more of their need with trusted believers so they are not carrying this alone. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your urgent cry has been heard and is carried at once to the throne of grace, where our great Lord still waits to save before the sun has quite gone down.
We do not look to man for that which only God can give, for if the Lord does not help you, where can we find help for you, from the threshing floor or from the winepress. Vain is the help of man, and vain are all other confidences. Our one hope is the Divine Presence and the Divine Grace which alone can deliver. There is no attribute more comforting than Divine Sovereignty, that the Lord reigns and does all things according to His wise and holy will, and that His hand is to be traced in everything, even in floods of trouble.
What a glorious Physician is our Lord Jesus Christ, who looked upon the sick and suffering with tears of pity in His eyes and yet with beaming joy upon His countenance because He was able to bless them. When evening was come they brought unto Him those that were sick, and He cast out spirits with His word and healed all that were diseased. He is the same still, suffering intensely in His compassion for His people and yet joyous to save. If any superstition or unbelief has kept you back, may God grant that it be removed and may this be the set time, the hour of Divine Grace to your soul.
We pray for you now that the Lord would rend the heavens and come down for your help, that He would grant you a Divine interposition in this urgent need, not according to our wisdom but according to His mercy. We ask that He would deliver your soul from death and your feet from falling, and work all your works in you by His Divine Spirit. We pray that you may be brought to seek Him intensely and not to rest till you find Him full of mercy and love, for to be out of fellowship with God is for the heart to be in spiritual disease.
Come humbly to His feet and ask for mercy through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and His atoning blood alone can cleanse from sin. Whatever has marked your life until this hour, His grace can rake the dunghill and find a diamond, and His love can set you among princes through the merits of Christ. He has torn and He will heal you.
May the Lord help you, keep you, and make His gentleness to rest upon you, and may you know the rapture all Divine when He shows you His hands and His feet and says, I have suffered all this for you. We commit you to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, and we plead His promise for you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
