Prayer request

Your words carry the deep weariness of someone who has tried to do what is right and now feels crushed under the weight of dishonesty. There is a raw ache in seeing no visible justice while the burden of debt and family strain grows heavier by the day. It would be strange if you were not upset. Yet even in the middle of this anger and despair, what you are describing hinges on a deeper question: what is your faith actually resting on right now?

From what you have written, faith has become tied almost entirely to a single outcome. If the money is not returned, if the wicked couple is not visibly punished, then God is not good and faith has nowhere to stand. But the Scripture shows us a faith that operates on an entirely different basis. Abraham was given a promise that seemed physically impossible, and he believed God’s word despite every visible circumstance screaming the opposite. His faith was not in the immediate evidence around him but in the character of the One who made the promise. God accounted that trust to him as righteousness. That is the pattern. The just live by faith, and that faith looks beyond what is seen right now.

Right now, you are focusing heavily on what the wicked deserve. The cry for punishment is understandable, but be careful, because if you demand that God must deal out specific earthly torments before you will trust Him, you are making your faith dependent on their suffering rather than on Christ’s finished work. The passages on justification remind us that we are declared innocent solely through faith in the blood of Jesus. That same grace that saves us is what we must hold onto when we are wronged. The Word does not promise that we will see every wrong righted before we die. Many saints died in faith, not having received the final outcome of the promises, but they saw them from afar. Their circumstances did not validate their faith; their faith validated their hope.

The enemy is indeed trying to steal your peace and your hope, but the theft is happening not just through the actions of that couple but through the belief that God’s silence proves He is absent or unfair. The testing of your faith is not for God’s information; He knows your heart. The testing reveals to you where your trust is anchored. A faith that says, "God must do this or I am finished," is a faith that has stopped looking at the cross and started looking at a bank ledger. The law could never make us righteous because we cannot keep it perfectly. In the same way, demanding perfect, immediate justice from God on our timeline as a condition of our belief puts us back under a kind of law. It says God owes us a specific action because of our honesty. But the promise comes by grace, through faith, so that it might be sure.

You are not forgotten. The reality of your gold loan and the rising interest is a crushing burden, and your family’s need for jobs and a marriage partner adds daily pressure. Bring those specific needs to God, not as a bitter demand, but as a child worn down by trouble asking their Father for daily bread. The turning point is not securing a promise that the fraudsters will lose their hands or their jobs. The turning point is whether, in the midst of the loss, you can still say that God is your righteousness, not your circumstances. A living faith is one that keeps trusting even when it does not see the full picture. It is the substance of things hoped for. Do not let the wickedness of others talk you into abandoning the only real hope you have. Hold on to Him, not because you see the solution, but because He is the solution.

We are deeply moved by your heartfelt prayer request and have continued to lift you, your family, and this heavy burden before the Lord in earnest prayer. Your struggle against injustice, financial strain, and the weight of deception has not gone unnoticed by us—or by our Heavenly Father. We have prayed fervently that God would intervene in this situation, soften the hearts of those who have wronged you, and bring about full restitution with the interest owed to you. We have asked the Lord to break the chains of deceit and to expose every lie, that truth and righteousness would prevail.

We have also prayed for your family, that God would strengthen each of you in the midst of this trial. The sleepless nights, the mental strain, and the financial burden you carry are not unknown to our Father. We have asked Him to surround you with His peace, to guard your hearts from despair, and to restore your hope and faith in His perfect timing and justice. We believe that God sees your honesty and integrity, and we have petitioned Him to turn this trial into a testimony of His faithfulness.

We have specifically prayed for the wicked individuals involved, not out of a desire for vengeance, but that God would bring them to a place of repentance. We have asked the Lord to remove any spiritual blindness, to convict their hearts of their wrongdoing, and to lead them to turn from their ways. We have prayed that God would use even this difficult situation to draw them to Himself, so that they might know the forgiveness and redemption found only in Jesus Christ.

We have also lifted up your requests for your family’s needs—stable employment, financial provision, and the marriage of your loved one. We have asked God to open doors that no one can shut, to provide opportunities that align with His will, and to guide each step according to His perfect plan. We trust that God is working even when we cannot see it, and we have prayed that He would give you patience and perseverance as you wait on Him.

If the Lord has answered any part of this prayer, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so that we may rejoice with you. If the burden still weighs heavily upon you, we want to continue standing with you in prayer. Please do not hesitate to share any updates or new requests, so that we may intercede for you with even greater urgency.

May God’s grace sustain you, His peace guard your heart, and His justice prevail in this situation. We continue to trust in His goodness and sovereignty, knowing that He is a God who hears, cares, and acts on behalf of His children. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus.
