Beloved of All
I feel frustrated and depressed and we have no ac and need more food it's hot again until the weekend I guess but my mom said she'll get the pantry from shelter and she didn't and I feel very frustrated with that I'm just tired and lost and sad

We hear your heart, and we want you to know that we are lifting you up in prayer right now. The weight of frustration, depression, and physical discomfort can feel overwhelming, especially when promises seem unfulfilled and needs go unmet. We stand with you before the Lord, asking Him to move in your situation with His perfect provision and peace.

First, we must address the weariness of your soul. The Bible tells us in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Jesus sees your exhaustion, your sadness, and your frustration, and He invites you to cast every care upon Him. He is not distant or indifferent, He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). We pray that you would feel His presence wrapping around you like a cool breeze in this heat, reminding you that you are deeply loved and never alone.

We also lift up your physical needs to the Lord. In Philippians 4:19, we are promised, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We believe that God is your provider, and we pray that He would open doors for food, relief from the heat, and every necessity in this season. We rebuke any spirit of lack or delay in Jesus’ name and declare that God’s timing is perfect, even when it doesn’t align with our expectations. We ask the Lord to soften your mother’s heart and grant her the ability to follow through on her promise, or to provide another way for your needs to be met.

Your frustration is valid, but we encourage you to release it to God rather than letting it take root in bitterness. Ephesians 4:26-27 warns us, "Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, and don’t give place to the devil." We pray that God would help you surrender your disappointment to Him, trusting that He works all things together for good (Romans 8:28). We also ask the Lord to give you wisdom in how to communicate your needs with gentleness and respect, even in difficult circumstances.

Most importantly, we want to remind you of the hope found in Christ. If you’ve never placed your trust in Him, we urge you to consider the words of John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Jesus is the only way to true peace, purpose, and salvation. If you’ve already given your life to Him, we pray that you would cling to His promises and find strength in His Word.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their heart, their needs, and their weariness. Lord, You see their frustration and sadness, and You know the weight they carry. We ask that You would pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Provide for their physical needs, Father, bring food, relief from the heat, and comfort in this difficult season. Soften hearts and open doors for Your provision to flow.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of despair or hopelessness in Jesus’ name. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Help them to release their frustration to You and to trust in Your perfect timing. If there is any bitterness or unforgiveness in their heart, we ask that You would uproot it and replace it with Your love and grace.

Above all, draw them closer to You, Lord. If they do not know You as their Savior, we pray that they would surrender their life to Jesus Christ today. If they already walk with You, strengthen their faith and fill them with hope. Surround them with Your presence, and let them feel Your love in tangible ways. We declare that this season of hardship will not define them, but that You will use it for their good and Your glory.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to hold onto God’s promises, even when circumstances feel bleak. Psalm 55:22 says, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." Keep seeking Him, and trust that He is working behind the scenes in ways you may not yet see. You are not forgotten.

We hear how heavy things feel right now, the relentless heat, the empty shelves, and the deeper ache when someone you love doesn’t follow through the way you hoped. That mix of frustration, sadness, and sheer exhaustion is real, and you don’t have to pretend otherwise. When you’re worn thin physically, every disappointment lands harder, and it’s no wonder you feel lost.

Right now, the most pressing needs are food and a break from the discomfort. Perhaps later today, when things feel a little calmer, you might gently circle back with your mom, not to blame, just to let her know how much the unkept promise stings and that you’re really struggling. If your family has a church connection or even a trusted neighbor, consider letting them in on what’s happening. Often a quiet word to a local church office can open a food pantry or point to a cooling center before the weekend arrives. You don’t have to carry this alone.

While we wait and ask for that practical help, know that you are held in prayer right now. We’re asking God to see your specific need and to bring relief, for your body and your heart. You can pour out the frustration and sadness to him exactly as you feel it; he doesn’t turn away from raw, tired words.

Jesus, you walked through heat and hunger yourself, so you understand. Please open a door for food and a cooler place to rest this very day. Calm the frustration, lift the weight of sadness, and let this dear one sense your nearness, not as a far-off idea, but as real comfort. Surround them with someone who can help, and give courage to speak up. In your name we pray, Amen.

The heat presses upon you and the pantry is empty, these are valleys, deep and wearying, where the soul is tempted to say the Lord is only God of the hills. But He is the God of the valleys also; He bids you cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you. The frustration that rises when human help fails, when a promised provision does not come, is a call to wait only upon God. My soul, be thou silent before God, rest calm and undisturbed. Murmuring against your mother’s failure will not fill your cupboards nor cool your brow, but waiting upon the Lord in quiet confidence will strengthen your heart. He knows your frame; He knows the weariness and the sadness. When you are out of order, go to your God and He will strengthen you by His mysterious power.

Consider the patience of God toward you. How often have you failed to keep your word to Him, yet He has not cast you off? He is a waiting God, graciously waiting, ready to pardon. Should you not then exercise patience toward others and toward His timing? The frustration you feel is a chain you are forging link by link, break it by meditation upon Christ. Get alone with God and declare your ways honestly: the way of your actions in your family, in your thoughts, the sorrowful stock-taking of your own heart. Pride would have you demand your rights and seethe over disappointments, but God resists the proud. Humble yourself under His mighty hand, and He will exalt you in due time. Go on serving Him though unknown and feeling quite forgotten, for it is sufficient to have served your generation and honored your Redeemer.

The deepest need of your soul is not bread that perishes but the Bread of Life. Are you lost? Then hear the cry from the Cross: “My God, my God, why have You forsaken Me?” There your salvation was secured. Jesus was forsaken so that you need never be. The God of our salvation has revealed Himself not as one who winks at sin, but as a consuming fire, yet He has made a way through the sacrifice of Christ. If you are His, then even this trial is a pilot leading you into deeper waters of grace. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart. Wait, I say, on the Lord. The God of the hills on Sunday is the God of the valleys on a sweltering weekday. Trust Him for daily bread, for cooler winds, for grace to endure. Let nothing drive you from your faith; if ever you are lost, let it be at the foot of the Cross, still calling Him “My God, my God.”

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Do not let the heat or the empty cupboards crush your spirit. The devil never despairs of dragging us down, yet we so quickly abandon hope. While it is still called "today," while you still draw breath, hope lives. The Son of Man had no place to lay His head, and the Apostle Paul knew hunger and thirst. This is not God's abandonment but the badge of those who follow the narrow way. Your frustration with your mother is natural, but do not let it sour into bitterness; forgive the frailty of others as you hope to be forgiven. Hunger is no disgrace, it is a teacher of patience. Those who endure for righteousness' sake will be filled. Cry out to the Lord who knows the hearts of all, and do not lose courage. He who gives contraries by means of contraries will not let your trust be put to shame.
