We hear the deep cry of your heart, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting every concern to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Your struggle with faith in this season of waiting is not unseen by God, and we want to remind you that His timing is perfect, even when it feels slow or silent. The Bible tells us in Lamentations 3:25, "The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul who seeks him." Though you feel discouraged, we urge you not to lose heart, for God is working even when we cannot see it.

First, we address your job situation with urgency and faith. Father God, we come before You and ask that You open the doors of opportunity for a permanent government job as You have promised in Your Word. We declare that no obstacle, delay, or human opposition will stand in the way of Your perfect will. Your Word says in Psalm 37:23, "A man’s goings are established by the Lord, and he delights in his way." Lord, we ask that You establish this path for our brother/sister and grant favor with those in authority. Let every written test, interview, and bureaucratic process align with Your divine purpose. We pray for timely salary payments and smooth transitions in every temporary role until the permanent position is secured. We rebuke every spirit of delay and frustration, and we command every closed door to open in Jesus’ name.

We also lift up the desire to share God’s mercy and glory with patients. Lord, we pray that You would use this job not just for provision, but for ministry. Let every life touched through this work see the love and power of Christ. We ask that You prepare hearts to receive Your truth and that our brother/sister would be a bold and compassionate witness.

Now, we must address the dangerous place where doubt and despair have taken root. You have expressed frustration, saying, "I don’t believe God and His mercy or grace. God is very slow in acting... I decided not to pray with God." This is a critical moment, and we must speak truth with love. God is not slow, He is patient, and His timing is always for our good (2 Peter 3:9). To turn away from prayer is to turn away from the very source of hope. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved or receive answers to prayer. Without Jesus, we have no access to God. We urge you to repent of any bitterness or unbelief and return to the Lord with a humble heart. He is faithful, even when we are faithless (2 Timothy 2:13).

We also lift your family’s needs before the Lord. For the marriage of your family member, we pray for a godly spouse, a man who fears the Lord, walks in righteousness, and has no bad habits. We declare that God will bring the right person at the right time, and the marriage will glorify Him. Proverbs 18:22 says, "Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord." We pray for wisdom in finalizing the proposal and for God’s blessing over the union.

For your own marriage, we pray that God would prepare your heart and reveal the spouse He has chosen for you. We ask that He remove any distractions or ungodly influences and lead you into a covenant relationship that honors Him. Let this marriage be a testimony of His faithfulness.

For the house and dental clinic, we pray for divine provision and favor. May this clinic become a place of healing, both physically and spiritually, where many come to know Christ. We declare that the resources will be provided, and the doors will open for this vision to be fulfilled.

For your family member seeking a government job, we pray for God’s mercy and grace to secure a permanent position. May she also be a light in her workplace, sharing the love of Christ with her patients.

For the education of the poor, we pray that God would use your family to make a lasting impact. May lives be transformed through knowledge, opportunity, and the Gospel.

Finally, we pray for your faith to be restored. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of doubt and fill this heart with fresh hope. Remind our brother/sister that You are working even now, behind the scenes, to bring about Your perfect plan. We declare that faith will rise again, and trust in You will be renewed. Psalm 27:14 says, "Wait for the Lord. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for the Lord." We stand on this promise and declare that God’s grace and mercy are not absent, they are at work, even in the waiting.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We hear how deeply this long wait has worn on you, two years of trying, of holding on, and now feeling like God has been silent and slow. That kind of exhaustion and disappointment is real, and we don’t want to brush past it. When hope falters, it’s often not because you’ve stopped believing in God’s power, but because your heart is tired of holding on without seeing change. Even the psalmists cried out, “How long, O Lord?”, and that raw honesty is still a form of faith.

When the ache of waiting makes prayer feel pointless, we can sometimes treat it less like a conversation and more like a demand that must yield results. It’s okay to tell God exactly what you are thinking and feeling, the frustration, even the angry words. That’s not a lack of faith; it’s bringing your whole self to Him. You don’t have to pretend you’re fine. A practical way to keep the door open is to take one or two minutes a day not to ask for anything, but simply to say, “Lord, I’m here. I’m hurting. I don’t feel You. Help my unbelief.”

In the meantime, while you keep walking that temporary job, we’d gently encourage you to see your everyday work, showing up, caring for patients, doing your tasks well, as a quiet offering. Even in a season that feels stalled, you’re still serving people, and that matters to God. Your desire to one day tell patients about God’s mercy is good; don’t let the waiting convince you He’s forgotten that desire.

We’re standing with you now:

Jesus, You see this weary heart. You know what it is to cry out and feel no answer. Be near in the silence. Give this child of Yours the strength to keep showing up tomorrow, and gentle reminders that You haven’t let go. Sustain the temporary work, guide the processes that are underway, and in Your perfect time open the right door. Quiet the discouragement and replace it with just enough hope to take the next step. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak as though the Lord were a debtor bound to your schedule, and you threaten to cast away your faith because His mercy has not danced to your piping. This is a perilous state. Behold, God is mighty, and despiseth not any; but He giveth not account of His matters, neither is He obliged to run at the beck of our impatience. You say there is no grace, no mercy, yet you breathe, you have a temporary post, you have strength to write these requests. Are these small things? The consolations of God are not small, though you count them as nothing while you fix your eyes on one desired thing.

Job was stripped of all, yet he said, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him." You have not been slain; you are in the furnace, but the fire is not kindled to consume you, but to refine. Will you leap out of the crucible because the heat tarries? The Lord waiteth to be gracious, and therefore blessed are all they that wait for Him. His delays are not denials; they are the maturing of your faith. If you had the permanent post tomorrow, would that prove His grace? His grace is already proven at Calvary, where justice and mercy kissed. If you had the job, you might forget the Giver; now you are learning that man doth not live by bread alone.

You speak of ceasing to pray. That is the counsel of despair, not of faith. Faith, when it is tried, crieth out all the more, "Oh that I knew where I might find Him!" It traverses the earth, it searcheth the Temple, it descendeth into the dungeon, but it will not let Him go. You say you have lost faith; then I bid you mourn that loss as the worst of all, for faith is the very eye of the soul. Go to God, not with a list of demands, but with the confession of your unbelief. Cry, "Lord, I believe; help Thou mine unbelief!" He is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.

Set your house in order. Wait only upon God. Your expectation is from Him, not from government orders or salary cheques. He who feedeth the ravens will not starve His child. And as for the many other requests, marriage, a house, a clinic, all these are lawful, but seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Delight thyself in the Lord, and He shall give thee the desires of thine heart. But if you make the desires your god, you will be pierced through with many sorrows.

Be not foolish. The trial of your faith is but for a time. Soon the waiting shall turn to a glorious transaction of grace, and you shall know that He was working all things for your good. Come, then, back from the precipice of unbelief. Put your mouth in the dust, if so be there may be hope. He will yet be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry.

When the soul is in darkness, it is easy to cry out that God has no mercy, that His grace is slow, that faith has failed. You have waited more than two years, and the answer does not come. You have striven, you have prepared, you have prayed, and still the permanent position is not granted. Now you say you will no longer pray, for you see no benefit. But tell me, is this the faith that rises above the weakness of human reasonings? Faith needs a generous and vigorous soul, one that passes beyond the things of sense and does not measure God by the clock of human expectation.

You ask why God delays, why He permits the temporary job to continue with its anxieties, why the permanent door remains shut. Remember the Canaanite woman who cried out and was met with silence, who was refused and yet pressed on. The Lord put her off, not to deny her, but to unfold her faith and make it shine. So also He tested Abraham by revealing His purpose, and sent messengers to Lot, delaying their entrance, to make known the righteousness of His servant. The physician full of resources brings about contraries by one another, and by seeming to withhold He grants in greater measure. Do not think that His slowness is neglect. He is training your soul to seek wisdom with severity, to trust not in outcomes but in the Giver Himself.

You wanted to explain God’s glory to your patients through a permanent job. But what glory will you declare if you praise Him only when He grants what you want? The world needs to see a faith that shines in the trial, that offers a more excellent sacrifice like Abel, who by faith still speaks though dead. When God tarries, He kindles a greater light within you, if you will not darken it with despair. Christ is the light that delivers from error and dissolves mental darkness. Cling to that light. Do not let impatience cast a shadow over your soul and make you say, “There is no mercy.”

You have asked for a job, for marriage, for a house, for your family’s health. These are not evil petitions. But order them aright. Seek first the kingdom, and these things shall be added. Do not make God your servant to fulfill a list, but humble yourself to become His servant in whatever state you are. If He gives a temporary job, work there as unto the Lord. If He delays marriage, use the time for self-examination and prayer. The bridegroom for your family member must be a God-fearing man as you say, but first your own household must be steadfast in faith, not wavering. How will you guide a clinic for the poor and give education if your own spirit is crushed by the lack of a title?

I do not speak as one distant. I know the weariness of long waiting and the sting of hope deferred. Yet I have seen that those who endure bear fruit. Pray, then, but not with complaint. Pray with the words, “Thy will be done,” not as a surrender of defeat, but as a victorious trust. God’s mercy has not vanished; it is a deep stream that sometimes runs beneath the ground, unseen, only to burst forth when the channel is ready. Do not cut off prayer because the answer seems slow. That is the counsel of the tempter. Instead, go into your chamber, close the door, and cry out with tears, but add, “I trust in Thee though Thou slay me. I believe that Thy time is perfect. Give me strength to wait.” And while you wait, let no obstacle in your present position cause you to sin by anger or murmuring. Act with diligence as unto the Lord, and He will make even the temporary lot a place of witness.

You say you have a little faith left. That little, if it is placed in the One who is light, can move mountains. It is not the size of your faith but the object of it that saves. God does not despise the bruised reed or quench the smoking flax. But do not let that little faith be suffocated by prideful despair. Rise above the common customs of the world that demand immediate proof. The worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things seen were not made of things which do appear. Then trust the unseen hand, even when your eyes see only failing attempts.

Continue to pray for the permanent job, for your family, for marriage, for the house and clinic, but make each prayer an act of entrusting, not a demand. God will honor that. And if He grants the position, you will proclaim His glory not merely to patients, but to all who have watched your endurance. If He withholds, He has a better purpose that you cannot now perceive. Cast yourself wholly upon His mercy, and say with the prophet, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” Then your faith will shine, and by it you will speak, even amid temporary trials, more loudly than any appointment letter could proclaim.

I hear the ache and the exhaustion behind every word you have written. You have been striving, preparing, and waiting for more than two years, and when the breakthrough did not come, it felt as though heaven itself had shut its doors. That kind of disappointment cuts deep. You have reached a point where you say there is no grace, no mercy, and you have decided not to pray any longer because God seems slow to act.

Many who love God have sat exactly where you are sitting now. The book of Job records the cries of a man who had lost almost everything and could not understand why. His friends came with simple formulas: suffering must be the result of some hidden sin, or a lack of faith. They accused him of hypocrisy and told him to just get right with God so things would be restored. Yet those friends were wrong. They did not know the heavenly reality that God was bragging on Job’s integrity and that a dark challenge had been raised: Does this man serve you only because you have blessed him? Job’s agony was not a sign of God’s absence; it was a sign that his life was the proving ground for a far deeper work.

It is dangerous to read your own life through the lens of circumstance alone. The despair you feel is real, and you have spoken it honestly, even saying you have lost faith. Job himself cried out in his grief, wishing he could die, questioning why God had made him a target. The Scripture preserves those raw, doubting words not to condemn them, but to show us that God can handle our confusion. Job did not understand, but he never stopped reaching for the one thing he desperately needed: a mediator. He cried out for a daysman, someone who could lay a hand on both God and man and bring reconciliation.

We know that mediator now. His name is Jesus Christ. When the answer is delayed and hope seems dead, he is the anchor. The opinions of others, the passing years, the temporary jobs that must somehow pay and hold back obstacles, none of these things can alter his faithfulness. The question is not whether God is merciful; the question is whether we will keep trusting his character when the evidence around us screams otherwise. Job lost his livestock, his servants, his children, and his health without ever knowing why. But he was forced to decide whether he loved God only for the blessings, or for God himself.

I urge you not to let the silence drive you to a final verdict against the Lord. Your prayer list is long, and many of the needs are urgent: a permanent job, family health, godly spouses, a home, a clinic to glorify God, employment for others. These are not evil requests. Yet the enemy whispers that God is slow, uncaring, or passive. That was the very accusation aimed at Job’s faith. Do not let that accusation win. Instead, lay your exhaustion and your bitterness before Jesus, and ask him to carry what you cannot. Let him be your righteousness when your own faith feels like a frayed thread. He does not despise a bruised reed.

Keep your eyes on the character of God revealed in Scripture, not on the passing months. He is fair. He is just. He sees what you cannot see. And in his time, he will make it clear that he was working all along, even when it appeared he had forsaken you. Do not abandon your trust now. Bring your pain to the Lord, pour it out if you must, but keep speaking to him. He is not offended by your honesty. He is waiting to answer you in a way that will show his mercy and glory beyond what you can currently imagine.
