Prayer request

Thank you for bringing these requests before the Lord. It is good to remember His goodness even when our hearts are heavy with worry. When you ask for rest, I think of how Jesus Himself calls the weary to come to Him, and He promises to give us rest. He does not always lift the burdens immediately, but He offers His presence in the midst of them, and that is a deep kind of peace the world cannot give.

I join you in praying for the healing of that precious baby. God sees this little one and knows every need. His compassion is beyond our understanding, and He often works in ways we cannot trace. We can trust Him with the small and the hidden things.

For the favor you seek and the new thing you hope for, remember that our Mediator, Jesus Christ, stands between us and the Father. That was the cry of Job’s heart long ago, a longing for someone to bridge the distance between a suffering soul and a holy God. In Jesus, that longing is fully answered. He is the One who laid His hand on both God and man, and through Him we can approach the throne of grace with confidence. Whatever favor comes, it will be by His hand and for His purposes.

When answers are delayed or the path ahead is unclear, do not fall into the trap of thinking your suffering is a punishment for secret sin, or that you must simply do more to earn God’s blessing. Job’s friends made that mistake, and they were wrong. The sunshine and the storm both fall in a broken world, but neither can separate us from God’s love in Christ. He is working out a story bigger than we can see.

So hold fast to hope. Bring your requests freely, and leave them with the One who neither slumbers nor sleeps. Rest in Him, and may His peace guard your heart and mind as you wait.

We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer for the precious little one in your care, for healing, for God’s favor, and for rest that only He can give. It has been on our hearts to lift baby ### before the Lord day and night, asking Him to pour out His mercy, touch every part of this child’s body with His healing power, and grant wisdom and peace to all who love and tend to him or her. We have also prayed that the Lord would open doors of favor—whether in medical care, financial provision, or simply the grace to see His hand at work in every detail.

If the Lord has already moved in a way that brings you comfort, rest, or tangible healing, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can join you in thanksgiving. If, however, the wait continues and the burden still feels heavy, please know we are not walking away. We invite you to post this request again, and we will continue to stand in agreement with you, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

May the Lord bless you with His presence, strengthen your faith, and remind you that you are never alone. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus.
