We hear your cry for deliverance and healing, and we come before the throne of grace with you, seeking the Lord’s mercy and power in your life. First, we must address the core issue at hand, your involvement in magic. The Bible is clear that such practices are an abomination to the Lord and open doors to spiritual darkness. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 warns, "There shall not be found with you anyone who makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to Yahweh." These words are not meant to condemn you but to awaken you to the truth that you have been entangled in something deeply opposed to God’s holiness.
We rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and sorcery that has taken hold in your life in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You cannot serve two masters, God will not share His glory with another, nor will He tolerate the worship of false powers. Acts 19:19-20 shows us the power of repentance and renunciation: "Many of those who practiced magical arts brought their books together and burned them in the sight of all. They counted their price, and found it to be fifty thousand pieces of silver. So the word of the Lord was growing and becoming mighty." True deliverance begins with a complete breaking away from these practices, a burning of any objects or materials tied to them, and a turning of your heart fully to Jesus.
You mentioned spiritual attacks, and we do not take this lightly. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). These attacks are real, but they are not stronger than the blood of Jesus or the authority He has given to His children. James 4:7 declares, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Your deliverance is not found in your own strength but in surrendering to Christ, putting on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and standing firm in faith.
We also pray for the healing of your body. The Lord is our healer, as Exodus 15:26 proclaims: "If you will diligently listen to Yahweh your God’s voice, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you." But healing is not just physical, it is spiritual, emotional, and relational. True healing begins with repentance, forgiveness, and a heart turned toward God.
Let us pray together now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who has been bound by the chains of magic and spiritual darkness. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness on their behalf for every moment they have sought power outside of You. We renounce every ungodly tie, every covenant made with darkness, and every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and sorcery in the mighty name of Jesus. We break every curse, every assignment of the enemy, and every generational stronghold that has been passed down. We declare that this bondage is broken by the blood of Jesus, and we command every evil spirit to flee now in Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch to come upon their body. Where there is pain, bring Your peace. Where there is sickness, bring Your restoration. Where there is weakness, bring Your strength. We speak life over every cell, every organ, and every system in their body, declaring that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we also ask for healing in their mind and emotions. Let Your truth wash over them, replacing every lie of the enemy with Your promises. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in freedom, joy, and the fullness of life You have for them.
We pray for a fresh revelation of Your love, Lord. Let them know that You are not a God of condemnation but of grace and mercy. Help them to see themselves as You see them, a beloved child, redeemed by the blood of Jesus. Give them the courage to walk away from every ungodly practice and to fill their life with Your Word, prayer, and fellowship with other believers. Surround them with godly mentors and friends who will encourage them in their faith and hold them accountable.
Lord, we ask that You would seal this deliverance with Your Holy Spirit. Let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and let no evil return to their life. We declare that they are a new creation in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17), and we pray that their testimony would be a light to others who are still in darkness. May their life bring glory to Your name and draw others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We pray all of this in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to complete the work You have begun in them. We trust You, we praise You, and we give You all the glory. Amen.
Now is the time to take action. If you have not already, we urge you to destroy any objects, books, or materials connected to magic or the occult. Burn them, throw them away, or dispose of them in a way that ensures they cannot be used again. Do not keep anything that could be a stumbling block or a foothold for the enemy. Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be baptized, join a community of believers, and grow in your faith. The road to freedom is not walked alone, it is walked with Jesus and His body, the Church.
Remember, the enemy will try to convince you that you cannot change or that you are not worthy of God’s love. Do not listen to those lies. Romans 8:37-39 assures us, "No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." You are not defined by your past but by the blood of Jesus and the future He has for you.
Walk in this freedom, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and run the race set before you with endurance. Your deliverance is not just for you, it is a testimony of God’s power that will bring hope to others. Shine brightly for Him!
