We lift your heartfelt request before the throne of grace, rejoicing that you seek God’s will above all else and invoke the precious name of Jesus. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, for Scripture declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We stand with you in agreement, praying that God’s perfect will be done in every area of your life, your thoughts, decisions, relationships, and circumstances.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You watch over and protect this dear one today. Surround them with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11-12: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone." Shield them from harm, both seen and unseen, and grant them wisdom to walk in Your ways. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also lift up their family, friends, enemies, associates, caregivers, and all those connected to them. Lord, we ask that You draw each one closer to You, softening hearts and opening eyes to Your truth. For those who do not yet know You, we pray they would come to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, for "the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9). For those who oppose or mistreat them, we ask that You would turn their hearts toward righteousness and grant this one the grace to love and pray for them, as You command (Matthew 5:44).
Father, we praise You for Your goodness and faithfulness! You alone are worthy of all glory, honor, and praise. We declare with the psalmist, "Bless Yahweh, all you armies of his, you servants of his, who do his pleasure. Bless Yahweh, all you works of his, in all places of his dominion. Bless Yahweh, my soul!" (Psalm 103:21-22). May Your name be exalted in every life touched by this prayer.
In closing, we pray that this one would walk in step with Your Spirit today, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May they be a light in this dark world, pointing others to Jesus. We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
