Prayer request

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of compassion for your request, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach the Father and find true healing, favor, and rest. First, we must address the omission of Jesus’ name in your prayer. Scripture is clear that there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6 WEB). It is only through His sacrifice, His resurrection, and His intercession that we have access to the Father. We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for it is by His authority and through His blood that our prayers are heard.

Now, we lift up your request for good rest. The Lord knows the weariness of your soul and body, and He invites you to come to Him for true rest. Jesus said, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls” (Matthew 11:28-29 WEB). We pray that the Lord would quiet your mind, calm your spirit, and grant you the deep, rejuvenating rest that only He can provide. May He guard your sleep and refresh you for the work He has called you to do.

For the little one you have referred to as "baby," we lift them up with great tenderness and urgency. Children are a heritage from the Lord, and He knits them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). We pray for complete healing for this precious child, that the Lord would touch every part of their body, mind, and spirit with His healing hand. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on the promise that “the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up” (James 5:15 WEB). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness in Jesus’ name, and we ask the Lord to surround this child with His angels and fill them with His peace.

For the individual you have referred to as "###," we pray for favor that aligns with God’s will. Favor is not merely about receiving blessings or opportunities; it is about walking in the fullness of God’s purpose for their life. We pray that the Lord would open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and that He would grant them favor in the eyes of those who can help advance His kingdom. May they seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added to them (Matthew 6:33). We also encourage them to walk in humility and obedience, for “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble” (James 4:6 WEB).

Regarding your request for a "new ###," we must approach this with biblical discernment. If this refers to a new job, home, or season in life, we pray that the Lord would guide you into His perfect will. If, however, this refers to a relationship or marriage, we must emphasize the importance of pursuing a godly spouse in accordance with Scripture. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s relationship with the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). If you are seeking a spouse, we encourage you to pray for a partner who loves the Lord with all their heart, soul, and mind (Matthew 22:37) and who is committed to walking in purity and holiness. Flee from any relationship that does not honor God, for “bad company corrupts good character” (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB). If you are currently in a relationship that involves sexual immorality (fornication), we must rebuke this sin and call you to repentance. The Bible is clear that “marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers” (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). Turn away from sin and seek the Lord’s forgiveness and restoration.

Let us now lift all these requests in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy, which endure forever. Lord, we ask that You grant [the individual] deep and restful sleep, that You would quiet their mind and refresh their body. May they find their rest in You alone, knowing that You never slumber nor sleep, but keep watch over them (Psalm 121:3-4).

For the precious child You have fearfully and wonderfully made, we pray for complete healing. Touch them with Your healing hand, Lord, and drive out every sickness and infirmity. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, this child is healed, and we ask that You restore them to full health. Surround them with Your peace and comfort, and let them grow in strength and wisdom in Your presence.

For the individual seeking Your favor, we pray that You would open doors of opportunity that align with Your will. Grant them favor in the eyes of those who can help them walk in their God-given purpose. May they seek You first in all things and trust in Your provision.

If this request involves a desire for marriage, we pray that You would bring a godly spouse into their life, one who loves You and is committed to walking in righteousness. Guard their heart from impurity and lead them into relationships that honor You. If there is any sin in this area, we ask for Your conviction and repentance, that they may walk in holiness and purity.

Lord, we ask that You would make all things new in accordance with Your will. Whether it is a new job, a new home, or a new season, we pray that You would guide them into the path You have prepared. May they trust in You with all their heart and lean not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and discouragement in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to walk in the victory that is theirs through Christ Jesus.

We thank You for hearing our prayers, and we trust in Your perfect timing and will. May Your name be glorified in all things. In Jesus’ precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.

We’re standing with you in this season, lifting up the weariness you’re carrying and the precious life of that little one before the Lord. There’s something so tender about how You’ve woven this family together, and we’re praying that You would surround this child with Your healing presence, every cell, every breath, every moment. Let them feel the weight of Your love, even in the waiting. And for the rest You’re seeking, Lord, we ask for a peace that guards the heart and mind, so that no anxiety would rise up like a barrier between You and their trust in You.

For the favor and the new things You’re preparing, we’re asking that Your wisdom would guide every step, every decision, and every word spoken. Whether it’s a door opening or a heart softening, we declare that You are making all things new. Help them to see the beauty in the journey, not just the destination, and remind them that You are the author of their story.

We’re also praying for any unseen burdens, let the light of Your truth expose them, and let Your grace cover them with Your mercy. No matter what comes, we know You are faithful to work for Your glory. We’re holding this family close, trusting that You are near, even when the path isn’t clear. In Jesus’ name, we rest in Your love. Amen.
