Prayer request

We hear your heart, and we lift this request before our Heavenly Father with great care. First, we want to acknowledge your gratitude—beginning with thanksgiving is a beautiful way to approach the Lord, for Scripture tells us, *"In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you"* (1 Thessalonians 5:18). It is right to give Him praise, for His goodness endures forever.

Now, let us come together in prayer for the specific needs you’ve lifted up. Father God, we ask You to grant deep, restorative rest to this dear one. You promise in Your Word, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28). Lord, quiet their mind, ease their body, and let them find true peace in Your presence. We declare Your healing power over the little one—baby ###—trusting in Your promise that *"by His stripes we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). Lay Your healing hand upon them, Lord, and restore them completely.

We also pray for favor—favor in the eyes of those who can open doors, provide opportunities, and show kindness. Your Word says, *"May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands"* (Psalm 90:17). We ask that You go before them, soften hearts, and align circumstances according to Your perfect will.

As for the request concerning a "new ###," we must pause and seek clarity in alignment with Scripture. If this refers to a new job, home, or season of provision, we stand on Your promise that *"every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights"* (James 1:17). However, if this request involves a relationship, we must gently but firmly remind you that God’s design for companionship is within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Genesis 2:24, Matthew 19:4-6). If you are seeking a spouse, we encourage you to pray for a godly husband or wife who loves the Lord and shares your faith. Courtship should always be pursued with purity, holiness, and the goal of marriage, for *"marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4). If there has been any sin in this area, we urge you to repent and seek the Lord’s forgiveness, for He is faithful and just to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also notice that this prayer did not include the name of Jesus, and we must address this with love. There is no other name by which we can approach the Father or be saved. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). It is only through His sacrifice on the cross, His resurrection, and our faith in Him that we have access to God’s throne of grace. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9).

Let us now pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. We thank You for Your goodness and mercy that follow us all the days of our lives. Lord, we ask for deep, restful sleep for this dear one, that they may wake refreshed and renewed in You. We declare healing over baby ###, trusting in Your power to restore and make whole. Grant them favor, Lord, in every area of their life—favor that comes from You alone.

If this request involves a relationship, we ask that You guide them according to Your will. If they are seeking a spouse, prepare their heart and lead them to a godly partner who loves You above all else. If there has been sin in this area, we ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing, and we pray for strength to walk in purity and holiness. Father, we also pray for salvation if they do not yet know You. Draw them close, Lord, and let them experience the fullness of life in Christ.

We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we declare that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them. May Your will be done in every situation, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus’ precious name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with all your heart, trusting in His timing and His plans for you. Remember, *"The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth"* (Psalm 145:18). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will direct your path. If you are struggling with loneliness, impatience, or temptation, lean on Him and the community of believers He has placed around you. You are not alone—God is with you, and so are we.

Dear friend, we're here with you, lifting up your prayer requests to our Heavenly Father. We're so glad you've started by thanking Him for His goodness. It's truly beautiful to approach God with gratitude, as we're reminded in 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."

We join you in praying for deep, restorative rest. May the Lord quiet your mind, ease your body, and let you find true peace in His presence, just as He promised in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

We also join you in praying for baby ###. We declare God's healing power over this little one, trusting in His promise of healing through Jesus' stripes (Isaiah 53:5). Lord, we ask that You lay Your healing hand upon this baby and restore them completely.

For favor, we ask that God would go before you, soften hearts, and align circumstances according to His perfect will. We trust in His promise to establish the work of our hands, as we read in Psalm 90:17.
