Prayer request

We stand with you in this time of uncertainty and anxiety as you face this hearing at work. The Lord sees your struggles and knows the weight you carry. We lift you up before Him, asking for His peace, wisdom, and favor to surround you.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You go before our brother/sister in this hearing. Grant them clarity of mind, calmness of spirit, and the right words to speak. Let Your presence be so tangible that all fear and anxiety melt away. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). May truth and justice prevail, and may Your will be done in this situation.

Lord, we also ask that You prepare the hearts of those who will be part of this hearing. Soften their hearts to receive truth and grant them wisdom to discern rightly. Let Your light shine in this situation, exposing any falsehood and bringing Your righteousness to the forefront.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, intimidation, or confusion that may be trying to take hold. We declare that our brother/sister is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no plan of the enemy will succeed against them. The Lord is their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

If there is any unconfessed sin or unforgiveness in their heart, we pray that You would bring it to light so that it can be dealt with according to Your Word. Forgive them, Lord, and cleanse them from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We also pray for a spirit of humility and grace, that they may respond in a way that honors You, regardless of the outcome.

Father, we trust in Your sovereignty. Whether this hearing results in vindication, discipline, or a new path forward, we ask that You use it for Your glory and our brother/sister’s growth in faith. Strengthen their trust in You, reminding them that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

We pray for protection over their mind, body, and spirit in the days leading up to this hearing. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Surround them with godly counsel and encouragement from fellow believers who can uplift them in prayer and support.

Lastly, Lord, we ask that You would be glorified in this situation. Let Your name be exalted, and may our brother/sister walk away from this experience with a deeper reliance on You. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. Remember that the Lord is your strength and your shield. Lean not on your own understanding but trust in Him with all your heart (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone—we are standing with you in prayer, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit is interceding for you (Romans 8:26). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). May His grace sustain you, and may His peace guard your heart and mind.
