We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and so we approach God with confidence, knowing that He hears us when we call on the name of Jesus.
Father God, we thank You for Your constant presence and for the promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). We ask that You indeed stay always with this family, surrounding them with Your angels to keep them safe from all harm and danger. Protect them from sickness and disease, and restore health to those who are unwell. Your Word declares in Psalm 91:10-11, "No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We claim this promise over them now, Lord, and trust in Your healing power.
We lift up this precious daughter to You, asking that You bless her abundantly in her studies and in her dance. Grant her focus, discipline, and wisdom as she learns, and let her talents shine for Your glory. May she grow not only in skill but also in character, reflecting the fruit of Your Spirit in all she does (Galatians 5:22-23). Help her to honor You in every pursuit, remembering that whatever she does, she should do it heartily, as unto You (Colossians 3:23).
Father, we also bring before You the desire for employment and provision. You know the needs of this family, and we trust in Your promise that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and lead this father to a job that will allow him to provide for his family with dignity and joy. May he work as unto You, with integrity and excellence, knowing that his labor is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).
We pray for this family’s living situation, asking that You guide them to a place where they can thrive and grow together in Your love. May their home be a sanctuary of peace, filled with Your presence and joy. Help them to build their lives on the foundation of Your Word, so that no matter what storms may come, they will stand firm (Matthew 7:24-25).
Lord, we also take a moment to address any areas where we may have strayed from Your will. If there are any habits, attitudes, or relationships in this family’s life that do not align with Your Word, we ask for Your conviction and correction. Help them to walk in holiness and obedience, turning away from anything that displeases You. Your Word tells us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We trust in Your mercy and grace to lead them in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.
Heavenly Father, we pray all these things with faith, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Strengthen this family’s faith, and help them to trust in You with all their hearts, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May they find their hope and security in You alone, and may Your peace guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We declare Your goodness and faithfulness over this family today. May they experience Your love in tangible ways, and may their lives be a testimony to Your power and grace. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
