We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one, knowing that the Lord hears the cries of His children. The Word tells us in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." Whatever burdens you carry today—whether fear, loneliness, uncertainty, or unspoken struggles—we stand with you in prayer, trusting that God is working even when we cannot see it.
Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we may approach You. We ask that You would draw near to this precious child of Yours, comforting them with Your presence and filling them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Strengthen their faith when doubts arise, and remind them that You are their refuge and fortress. If there are areas in their life that do not align with Your will—whether in relationships, habits, or thoughts—we ask that Your Holy Spirit would convict and guide them into all truth.
Lord, if this dear one has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Your Word declares in Romans 10:9, "That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We ask that You would open their heart to receive Your love and the gift of eternal life found only in Christ.
We also rebuke any spirit of heaviness or despair that may be weighing on them. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would surround them with godly community—believers who will encourage them in the faith and hold them accountable. If they are seeking a spouse, we pray that You would prepare them for a marriage that honors You, where both husband and wife love and submit to one another as unto the Lord. Guard their heart from any relationships that do not align with Your Word, and help them to flee from sexual immorality, for Your Word warns that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).
We trust You, Lord, to complete the good work You have begun in them. May they grow in wisdom, grace, and the knowledge of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Thank You for hearing our prayer, and we believe that You are moving on their behalf even now.
In Jesus’ holy and precious name, we pray. Amen.
