We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude for your trust in Him and your desire for His presence and blessings in your lives. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace and mercy that we can approach the throne of God with our petitions. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." We are thankful that you have called upon the name of Jesus in your request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Father God, we lift up this family to You, asking that You would indeed stay with them always, as You have promised in Your Word. In Matthew 28:20, Jesus assures us, "Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Lord, we pray that they would feel Your presence daily, guiding them, protecting them, and filling them with Your peace. We ask that You would keep them safe from all harm and danger, and grant them good health, both physically and spiritually. In 3 John 1:2, we are reminded, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
We pray specifically for this dear daughter, Lord. Bless her abundantly in her studies and her dance. May she grow in wisdom and understanding, as it says in Proverbs 2:6, "For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding." Grant her discipline, focus, and joy in her pursuits, and let her talents be used for Your glory. May she always seek to honor You in all that she does, remembering Colossians 3:23, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
Lord, we also lift up the health of this family. We pray for complete healing and restoration, trusting in Your promise from Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord." Strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits, and let them experience Your healing touch in every area of their lives.
Father, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for this dear one seeking employment. Provide a job that not only meets their financial needs but also allows them to use their gifts and talents to serve You and others. May they find a place where they can live with their family in peace and stability, as it says in Psalm 128:1-2, "Blessed is everyone who fears the Lord, who walks in his ways. For you will eat the labor of your hands. You will be happy, and it will be well with you." Guide them to a community where they can thrive and grow in their faith, surrounded by fellow believers who will encourage and support them.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may be trying to take hold in their lives. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We declare that this family is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand against any plans of the enemy to steal, kill, or destroy, and we proclaim that God’s plans for them are for good, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Lord, we also encourage this family to continue seeking You in all things. Draw near to them as they draw near to You (James 4:8). May they find their strength in You, as it says in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint." Help them to trust in You with all their hearts and lean not on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways so that You may direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
