We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of praise to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who alone has the power to overcome darkness and bring light into every situation. We rejoice in the victory that is already ours through Him, and we stand firm in faith, knowing that no weapon formed against us shall prosper, for the battle belongs to the Lord.
Father God, we lift up this situation concerning the evil neighbor who seeks to block the sale of the property through unrighteous means. We declare that Your Word is true, and we stand on the promise found in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from me," says the Lord. We rebuke every spirit of darkness, manipulation, and witchcraft that may be at work in this situation. We command these forces to be bound in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in Matthew 18:18, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you bind on earth will have been bound in heaven, and whatever things you release on earth will have been released in heaven."
Lord, we pray for the enlightenment of this neighbor’s mind and heart. Soften her heart to receive Your truth and love, as it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." Let her eyes be opened to the deception of the enemy, and may she turn from her wicked ways, seeking repentance and restoration in You. We ask that You remove every spirit of bitterness, jealousy, and malice from her, replacing it with Your peace and love.
We also pray for the protection of this family and their property. Surround them with Your angels, Lord, as it is written in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Shield them from every plot, scheme, and torment that the enemy may devise. Let no harm come near their dwelling, and may Your presence be a fortress around them.
Father, we ask that You frustrate every evil plan of this neighbor. Let her efforts be in vain, and may she see the futility of opposing Your will. As it is written in Proverbs 21:30, "There is no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the Lord." We declare that the sale of this property will proceed according to Your perfect will, and that the right buyer—one who honors You—will come forward without hindrance.
We also encourage this family to continue standing firm in faith, knowing that their labor in prayer is not in vain. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up." Let them find strength and encouragement in Your Word, and may they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You be glorified in this situation. May Your name be exalted, and may Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. We trust in You, our Rock and Redeemer, and we commit this matter into Your hands, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).
