We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting your heart and health to the Father, who knows your every concern before you even speak it. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* You have done well to bring your fears and needs before Him, for He cares deeply for you (1 Peter 5:7).
The fear and oppression you feel are not from God, for *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke this spirit of fear and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus, commanding it to flee from you, for *"greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). The enemy seeks to steal your peace, but Christ has already overcome him (John 16:33), and we stand firm in that victory with you.
We pray for your meeting tomorrow, that the Lord would go before you and grant favor with the healthcare providers. May He calm your heart and steady your blood pressure, for He is the Great Physician who formed you in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-14). We ask that every test would reflect His healing touch and that you would receive good news—news that brings glory to His name. Even if the results are not what you hope for, we pray you would trust in His sovereignty, knowing that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose"* (Romans 8:28).
Father, we ask that You fill our sister with Your peace, which transcends all understanding. Let her rest in You tonight, knowing that You neither slumber nor sleep (Psalm 121:4). Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let her wake with joy and confidence in Your provision. Remove every trace of anxiety and replace it with faith in Your promises. Strengthen her body, mind, and spirit, and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers, for You are a God who delights in the well-being of Your children (Psalm 35:27). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. We pray all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear sister. The Lord is with you, and He will not forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Let us know how the Lord moves in this situation—we are cheering you on and continuing to lift you up!
