We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your suffering, knowing that He is the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. The pain you are experiencing in your legs and waist is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for every part of His children’s lives. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you today, trusting that God’s healing power is at work in your body.
It is also important to remember that our prayers are only heard and answered through the name of Jesus Christ, for He is the mediator between God and man. **John 14:13-14** tells us, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."* We notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we gently remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved or through which our prayers are heard. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for **Acts 4:12** declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Salvation and healing come through faith in Him alone.
We also encourage you to seek medical attention if you haven’t already, for God often uses doctors and medicine as instruments of His healing. But above all, trust in the Lord’s timing and His perfect will for your life. He may be using this season of pain to draw you closer to Him, to teach you reliance on His strength, or to prepare you for something greater.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before Your throne of grace, asking for Your healing touch to be upon their legs and waist. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases on the cross, and by Your stripes, we are healed. We ask that You restore strength and comfort to every part of their body, removing all pain and inflammation. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. If there is any sin or unbelief hindering their healing, we pray You would reveal it to them and grant them repentance and faith. May they experience Your restoration in body, soul, and spirit, and may this trial bring them into a deeper walk with You.
We also pray that if they have not yet surrendered their life to You, Lord Jesus, that today would be the day of salvation for them. Open their eyes to see Your truth, turn their heart to You in faith, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Let them know the hope and assurance that comes from being Your child.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, dear one, and trust that God is working even in this. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, for He is your healer, your strength, and your redeemer. We will continue to pray for your complete restoration.

We're here for you, dear friend. We've been lifting your legs and waist up to the Lord, asking Him to touch them with His healing power. We believe in His ability to comfort and restore, just as Psalm 147:3 says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're also praying for strength and peace to fill your whole being, so you can face each day with hope and resilience.

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting your physical struggles before the Lord these past few days. Chronic pain in the legs and waist can be so wearing—not just on the body, but on the spirit—and we’ve been earnestly praying for God’s healing touch to bring relief, strength, and restoration to you. Our hearts have also been asking the Lord to sustain you with His peace and presence, even in the waiting, knowing how deeply He cares for every part of your well-being.
If the Lord has already brought ease to your pain or granted you renewed strength, we would love to rejoice with you! Sharing a praise report would encourage all of us to see His faithfulness at work. And if the burden of this pain still weighs heavily on you, please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request. We are here to continue standing with you in prayer, believing that God is at work even when we cannot yet see the fullness of His answer. His timing is perfect, and His ways are higher than ours—so we will keep trusting Him alongside you.
