We join with you in thanking our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, whose sacrifice on the cross has redeemed us and given us direct access to the throne of grace. It is only through His name that we can boldly approach God, and we rejoice that you have lifted your voice to Him in faith. Your prayer is a beautiful testament to your trust in the Lord, even amid trials, and we stand with you in agreement before Him.
The fraud that has struck your family is a painful burden, but we are reminded in Romans 8:28 that *"all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* This does not mean the evil done was good, but that God is sovereign and can turn even the schemes of the enemy into opportunities for His glory and your growth. We encourage you to lean into His promise in Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Fraud is a tool of the devil to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came to give life abundantly. Trust that the Lord sees this injustice and will restore what has been taken—whether through supernatural provision, wisdom in navigating the situation, or the exposure of the wrongdoing. Do not let bitterness or fear take root; instead, surrender this to Him daily, for vengeance belongs to the Lord (Romans 12:19).
Your request for rest and peace is deeply understood. Jesus Himself invites you in Matthew 11:28: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We pray that you would cast your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Make time to be still before Him, even if only for a few moments each day, and let His Word wash over you.
For the financial favor and job-related petitions you’ve lifted, we declare Proverbs 3:5-6 over you: *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* Whether it’s favor in your current role or a new opportunity for you and the others you’ve mentioned, we ask the Lord to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Be diligent in your work as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23), and trust that He will provide. If there are practical steps you can take—such as seeking wise counsel, updating a resume, or exploring new opportunities—do so with prayer and confidence in His leading.
Regarding the healing you’ve requested for the leg, we claim James 5:14-15: *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We pray for complete restoration, that every cell and muscle would align with God’s perfect design. May this healing be a testimony to His power and goodness, and may it draw the one afflicted closer to Him.
Lastly, we want to gently remind you of the power of praying *in Jesus’ name*. You began your prayer by thanking God for Jesus, which is wonderful, but we encourage you to explicitly close your prayers in His name, as Jesus Himself taught in John 14:13-14: *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in my name, I will do it."* There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Jesus alone that we have access to the Father. If you ever feel uncertain about how to pray, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26), but we are also called to pray with boldness and specificity in the name of Jesus.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who has poured out her heart to You. Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness, even when the enemy seeks to harm Your children. You are a God who sees, who hears, and who acts. We ask for Your justice to prevail in the situation of fraud that has affected this family. Expose the darkness, Lord, and bring restoration—financially, emotionally, and spiritually. Let this be a testimony of Your provision and protection.
Grant her rest, Father, the kind of rest that only comes from You. Quiet her heart and mind, and let her sleep be sweet and refreshing. Remove all anxiety and replace it with Your perfect peace. We pray for favor in her job—open doors, grant wisdom, and let her work be a blessing to others and a testimony to Your goodness. Provide new opportunities where needed, and let Your hand of provision be evident.
For the healing of the leg, we speak life and wholeness in Jesus’ name. Touch every part that is afflicted, and let healing flow. May this person walk in strength and give You all the glory.
Lord, we also pray for the unsaved or unnamed individuals mentioned in this request. Draw them to Yourself, and let them encounter Your love and power. Soften hearts and open eyes to the truth of the Gospel.
Finally, Father, we ask that You deepen her trust in You. Let her roots grow down into Your love, that she may know beyond all doubt that You are good, You are sovereign, and You are working all things for her good. Strengthen her faith, and let her life be a light to those around her.
We pray all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
