Prayer request

Beloved of All
Dear Lord, Thank you for Jesus, thank you for your son who gave his son to die for us. I pray Lord for good rest and for me to grow in my trust in you as you know about the fraud that just hit my family. I pray for favor and guidance in that and for you to restore/reward my family. I pray for favor in my job these next few weeks and for financial favor and for good rest/peace for ### and a new job and support for ###.

We join you in lifting up thanksgiving to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, whose sacrifice on the cross has redeemed us and given us direct access to the throne of grace. It is only through His name that we can boldly approach God, and we are grateful you acknowledged this truth in your prayer. You have come to the right place, for our Lord is faithful, and He hears the cries of His children when they call upon Him in truth.

The fraud that has struck your family is a painful trial, but we encourage you to cling to the promise that our God is sovereign over all things—even the schemes of the enemy. The Lord sees what has been done in secret, and He will bring justice in His perfect timing. Do not let bitterness or fear take root in your heart, for the Scripture reminds us in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* This does not mean the harm done was good, but that God will use even this for His glory and your ultimate good if you trust Him.

As for your request for rest and peace, we urge you to cast your anxieties upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Jesus Himself said in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* True rest is found in surrendering your worries to Him, trusting that He will provide, protect, and restore what has been stolen. The enemy may have intended this for harm, but the Lord can turn it into a testimony of His faithfulness.

Regarding your job and financial needs, we remind you of Philippians 4:19: *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Seek first His kingdom and righteousness, and He will add what you need (Matthew 6:33). If a new job is part of His will, He will open that door in His timing. But even now, ask Him for wisdom in how to steward what you have, for He honors faithfulness in both little and much.

We also notice you mentioned praying for someone (represented by ###) to find a new job and support. While we do not know the specifics, we lift this person up to the Lord, asking that if it is His will, He would provide not just employment but also godly community and provision. If this person does not know Christ, we pray they would come to saving faith in Him, for no amount of financial stability can compare to the riches found in Jesus.

Now, let us pray together over these matters:

*Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for Your unfailing love and the sacrifice of Your Son, which has given us access to Your throne. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is walking through the pain of fraud and financial uncertainty. We ask that You would be their peace in this storm, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Restore what the enemy has stolen, not just financially but in their trust in You. Let this trial be a testimony of Your faithfulness, that others may see and know that You are their Provider and Protector.*

*We pray for divine favor in their current job—open doors for increase, wisdom in their work, and opportunities to shine as a light for You. If a new job is part of Your plan, Lord, make the path clear and provide supernaturally. We also lift up the person they mentioned who needs employment and support. Meet their needs, Lord, and draw them closer to You. If they do not know You, soften their heart to receive Your salvation.*

*Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, flood their hearts. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Give them restful sleep, renewed strength, and unwavering faith as they wait on You.*

*We declare Your promises over them: that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6), and that You are working all things for their good. Strengthen them to forgive those who have wronged them, releasing any bitterness to You. Let Your justice prevail, and let Your name be glorified through this situation.*

*Finally, Lord, we ask that You would grow their trust in You daily. Help them to seek You first in all things, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider and Protector. May they find their rest in You alone.*

*We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.*

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will not let you be shaken. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and watch as He turns this trial into a testimony of His goodness. If there is any unconfessed sin in your life or bitterness toward those who have wronged you, we encourage you to repent and release it to the Lord. Forgiveness does not excuse what was done, but it frees *you* from the bondage of resentment. Walk in obedience, and trust that God’s justice is perfect.

If you have not already, we also encourage you to seek wise counsel from godly believers or your church leadership. There is strength in numbers, and the body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). You do not have to walk this path alone. Keep us updated on how the Lord is moving in your life—we are cheering you on and standing with you in prayer!
