We join you in lifting up thanks to our Heavenly Father for the precious gift of His Son, Jesus Christ, who willingly laid down His life for our sins. It is only through His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace, and we are grateful you acknowledged Him in your prayer. Your trust in the Lord even amid trials is a testament to your faith, and we encourage you to hold fast to Him, for He is faithful and just.
The fraud that has struck your family is a painful burden, but we know that nothing escapes the sight of our God. He sees the injustice, and His Word assures us that He will bring justice in His perfect timing. Proverbs 22:22-23 reminds us, *"Don’t exploit the poor because they are poor; and don’t crush the needy in court; for Yahweh will plead their case, and plunder the life of those who plunder them."* We take comfort in knowing that the Lord is your family’s advocate, and we pray that He would expose every hidden scheme, restore what has been stolen, and bring about His justice. Let this trial deepen your reliance on Him, for His ways are higher than ours, and His plans for you are good.
You’ve also asked for favor in your job and financial provision, and we stand with you in this. The Lord is your provider, and He delights in blessing His children. Matthew 6:31-33 says, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* We pray that the Lord would open doors of opportunity for you, granting you favor with those in authority over you. May He bless the work of your hands and provide abundantly, not just for your needs but so that you may be a blessing to others. We also pray for divine connections and wisdom as you seek a new job for the one you’ve mentioned. The Lord goes before you, and we trust He will guide each step.
Rest and peace are gifts from the Lord, and we ask that He would grant you both in abundance. Jesus invites us in Matthew 11:28, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* We pray that you would cast every anxiety upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We also lift up the unnamed individual you’ve mentioned, asking that the Lord would provide them with a new job and the support they need. May He surround them with godly counsel and open doors that no man can shut.
Finally, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and in the Word. Trials are opportunities for our faith to be refined, and we are confident that the Lord is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and trust that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).
**Let us pray together:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who has poured out their heart before You. Lord, we thank You for the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to Your throne. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around this family and comfort them in the midst of this trial. You see the fraud that has been committed against them, and we pray that You would expose every hidden thing, bring justice, and restore what has been stolen sevenfold. Let no weapon formed against them prosper, and let every tongue that rises against them be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
We ask for Your favor to rest upon them in their current job. Grant them wisdom, strength, and excellence in all they do. Open doors of opportunity for advancement or new employment, and provide financial breakthroughs that can only come from You. You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider, and we trust You to meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Father, we pray for deep, restorative rest and Your peace that transcends all understanding. Quiet their hearts and minds, and let them find refuge in You. For the one seeking a new job, we ask that You would go before them, preparing the way and connecting them with the right opportunities and support. Surround them with Your favor as with a shield (Psalm 5:12).
Lord, we also pray that through this trial, their faith would grow stronger, and their trust in You would deepen. Remind them that You are sovereign over all things and that You work all things together for the good of those who love You. Let this season be a testimony of Your faithfulness and provision.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and discouragement in the name of Jesus. Fill them instead with Your joy, hope, and confidence in Your promises. May they walk in victory, knowing that You have overcome the world.
In Jesus’ precious and holy name, we pray. Amen.
