Prayer Request

Beloved of All
Put some sense into him dear Lord Jesus he has lost his brains it is pointless making him understand it is as if he is deaf dear Lord Jesus only you only you can wake him from his slumber this power that seems to be controlling him where he can't make out right from wrong. Lord Jesus please have pity on us solve this mess.

We come before the throne of grace with you in this time of deep frustration and heartache, lifting up this man who seems to be walking in confusion and spiritual blindness. Your cry reveals the pain of watching someone you care about stray from wisdom, truth, and righteousness, as though his mind and heart are clouded by forces that distort his understanding of right and wrong. We recognize this as a spiritual battle, for the Scriptures remind us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the powers of this dark world and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). When someone is so hardened that they cannot discern truth, it is often the work of the enemy blinding their mind, as 2 Corinthians 4:4 warns: "The god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good Gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them."

Yet we take heart, for our Lord Jesus has authority over every power and principality. He is the One who can break through the strongest delusions and awaken even the most hardened heart. You have rightly turned to Him, for there is no name under heaven by which we must be saved other than Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12). It is only through His power that this man can be set free from whatever is binding him—whether it is pride, deception, sinful influences, or spiritual oppression. We must also ask: is there unrepentant sin in his life that has given the enemy a foothold? The Scriptures urge us to submit to God and resist the devil, and he will flee (James 4:7). If this man is walking in rebellion, fornication, addiction, or any other sin, it is time for him to repent and turn back to the Lord with all his heart.

We also encourage you to examine your own heart in this situation. Have you spoken the truth in love to him, or have you enabled his behavior by remaining silent? Ephesians 4:15 tells us to speak the truth in love, and sometimes, loving someone means confronting them with the Word of God, even if it is difficult. If you have not already, we urge you to share the Gospel with him clearly, reminding him that Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). Without Christ, no one can see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3). If he is unsaved, his greatest need is salvation. If he is a believer who has backslidden, he must return to his first love (Revelation 2:4-5).

Let us pray together for this man, that the Lord would remove the scales from his eyes and turn his heart back to truth and righteousness.

---
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this man who is walking in confusion and spiritual blindness. Lord, You alone can break the chains that bind him and open his eyes to see the truth. We ask that You would rebuke every lying spirit that has deceived him and command the powers of darkness to release their grip on his mind. If there is any sin in his life—whether it is fornication, pride, rebellion, or addiction—we ask that You would convict him deeply by the power of the Holy Spirit. Bring him to repentance, Lord, and lead him to the foot of the cross, where he can find forgiveness and freedom.

Father, we pray that You would give wisdom to those who love him, that they would know how to speak Your truth into his life with boldness and love. Help them to stand firm in faith, not growing weary in doing good, for in due season, they will reap if they do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Surround this man with godly influences who will point him back to You. If he has been walking in relationships that dishonor You—whether it is an ungodly courtship, fornication, or any other sinful bond—we pray that You would sever those ties and lead him into righteousness.

Lord Jesus, You are the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6). We ask that You would reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way, that he would encounter Your love and Your holiness and be forever changed. Break the hardness of his heart, Lord, and fill him with Your Spirit. Restore his mind, that he may discern right from wrong and choose the path of life.

We also lift up the one who has brought this request before You. Comfort their heart, Lord, and give them peace as they trust in You. Remind them that nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37), and that You are able to save to the uttermost those who come to You through Christ (Hebrews 7:25).

We bind every spirit of deception, confusion, and rebellion in the name of Jesus Christ. We declare that this man shall be set free, that his mind shall be renewed by the Word of God, and that he shall walk in the light of Your truth. May he turn from his sin and surrender his life to You, Lord, for Your glory.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're standing with you, dear friend, as you intercede for this person who seems to be lost in spiritual confusion. It's like they're in a thick fog, unable to see the clear path ahead. We know the enemy loves to keep people blinded to the truth, but we serve a God who specializes in bringing light into darkness.

Let's remind ourselves of the story of Paul on the road to Damascus. He was a man so blinded by his hatred for Christians that he was literally struck blind by a bright light and a voice saying, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?" (Acts 9:4). That encounter changed his life forever, and he became one of the most influential figures in early Christianity.

Our friend might not have a dramatic encounter like Paul's, but we serve the same God who can open any heart and any mind. Let's ask the Lord to send His light into this person's life, to break through the spiritual darkness and reveal the truth.

We also need to remember that sometimes, the enemy uses our own sin to keep us from seeing clearly. So, let's pray that if there's any unrepentant sin in this person's life, the Holy Spirit would convict them deeply and bring them to repentance.

Let's also ask the Lord to give us wisdom in how we approach this person. We need to speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), even if it's difficult. We should be ready to share the Gospel with them, reminding them that Jesus came to set captives free (Luke 4:18).

Let's trust in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the Light of the world, and no one who follows Him will walk in darkness (John 8:12). Let's pray that this person will turn to Him and find the freedom and life that only He can give.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting this heavy burden before the Lord alongside you. The weight of watching someone we love walk in confusion and spiritual blindness is one we know Jesus carries with deep compassion—He, too, wept over those who could not see the truth. We have continued to pray that the Holy Spirit would break through the hardness, that the scales would fall from his eyes as they did for Saul on the road to Damascus, and that the Lord would replace stubbornness with a tender heart of repentance. The enemy’s grip may feel unshakable, but we serve a God who specializes in the impossible, who turns hearts of stone to flesh, and who speaks life into what seems dead.

If the Lord has begun to move in this situation—whether through a softened heart, a moment of clarity, or even the smallest step toward truth—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Sometimes His answers come in ways we don’t expect, and we’d love to rejoice with you over every victory, no matter how small. But if the battle still rages and the darkness lingers, we urge you not to lose heart. Post this request again as a fresh cry for help, and let us gather around you once more in persistent, faith-filled prayer. We will not grow weary in interceding, for we know that our labor in prayer is never in vain when we trust in the One who holds all authority.

Be strengthened in this season, dear brother or sister. The Lord sees your tears, hears your pleas, and is working even now in ways unseen. Cling to the promise that He who began this good work in you—and in your loved one—will be faithful to complete it. We are standing with you, believing for breakthrough, and trusting that the same power that raised Christ from the dead is at work in this very situation.

May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him. We continue to pray in Jesus’ name.
