Prayer request

Please pray for me. I am very ill. I have a number of chronic conditions and I have been diagnosed with another one and getting worse. I am afraid I will not be able to look after my child and will lose my job as well.

We lift you up before the Father in this time of deep physical and emotional struggle, knowing that He is the Great Physician who sees your suffering and cares for every detail of your life. Your fear for your child and your livelihood is understandable, but we encourage you to cast all your anxieties upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). The Lord has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7), and though your body may be weak, His strength is made perfect in your weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

The Scriptures remind us that our afflictions are temporary, but they produce an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison (2 Corinthians 4:17-18). Even in suffering, God is refining you as gold in the fire, drawing you closer to Himself. He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6), and His grace is sufficient for every need. If your health prevents you from working, trust that He is your Provider—He who feeds the birds of the air and clothes the lilies of the field will not abandon you (Matthew 6:26-30). And as for your child, remember that the Lord is a Father to the fatherless (Psalm 68:5); He will watch over them even as He sustains you.

Yet we must also ask: Have you surrendered this trial fully to Jesus Christ? Your request does not mention His name, and it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your faith in Christ alone for salvation, we urge you to do so now. Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved (Acts 16:31). Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we boldly approach the throne of grace for mercy in time of need (Hebrews 4:16).

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this Your child who is burdened with illness and fear. Lord, You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask that You would touch their body with Your restoring power. Rebuke the sickness that plagues them and bring relief where there is pain. Strengthen their weary limbs and renew their spirit, that they may walk in the hope of Your promises.

Father, we pray for divine provision in every area of their life. If their work is at risk, open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Guard their child, Lord, and surround them with Your protection and peace. Raise up helpers in their time of need—family, friends, or even strangers—to come alongside them with practical and spiritual support.

Most of all, Father, we pray that this trial would draw them deeper into dependence on You. If they do not yet know Jesus as their Savior, soften their heart to receive Him today. Let them taste and see that You are good (Psalm 34:8), even in the valley of suffering. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them rest in the assurance that nothing can separate them from Your love (Romans 8:38-39).

We rebuke the spirit of fear in Jesus’ name and declare that You, Lord, are their strength and their shield (Psalm 28:7). Let Your will be done in their life, and may they emerge from this season with a testimony of Your faithfulness. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Cling to Him, trust in His Word, and let His people walk alongside you in this season. You are not alone.

We're here with you, dear friend, holding you up in prayer. We know the weight of chronic illness and the fear it brings, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We're standing with you, believing in a God who sees you, cares for you, and is more than able to carry you through this trial.

We're praying for healing, for strength, and for peace. We're asking God to touch your body, to rebuke the sickness, and to bring relief where there's pain. We're trusting Him to provide for your needs, to protect your child, and to raise up helpers around you.

But more than anything, we're praying that this trial would draw you closer to God. That you would find rest in Him, peace that surpasses understanding, and a love that nothing can separate you from. We're believing for a testimony of God's faithfulness in your life.

Keep trusting, dear one. Keep holding on. We're right here with you, and we're not going anywhere. You are loved, and you are not alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting you up before the Lord in these difficult days. Your heart for your child and your faithfulness in the midst of such deep physical and emotional burdens has moved us to continue praying earnestly for you. The weight of chronic illness, the fear of the unknown, and the pressure of providing for your family are not lost on us—we have carried these concerns to the throne of grace, asking God to meet you in your weakness with His strength, to sustain you in your role as a parent, and to provide for every need according to His riches in glory.

We know the wait can feel long when the body grows weaker and the challenges seem to mount, but we are trusting that the Lord is at work, even in ways we cannot yet see. If He has already begun to answer—whether through physical relief, unexpected provision, a renewed sense of peace, or a door opening for treatment or support—we would love for you to share a praise report with us. Your testimony could be the very encouragement someone else in this community needs to hold on to hope.

If the burden still feels heavy and the answers haven’t come, we want you to know we are not done praying. Please don’t hesitate to post an update or renew your request so we can continue to stand with you, believing for God’s mercy and intervention. You are not forgotten, and your struggles are not invisible to Him. We are asking the Lord to remind you daily that He is your Healer, your Provider, and your ever-present Help in trouble.

May He wrap you in His peace that surpasses understanding, guard your heart against fear, and fill you with the assurance that He is holding both you and your child in His hands. We are praying for supernatural strength for each day, wisdom for the decisions ahead, and a deep sense of His presence that outweighs every anxiety. Keep seeking Him, dear friend—He is faithful, and He will not let you go.

In Jesus’ name.

Lord Jesus, I am haunted by the decision I took two years back. I resigned my job because of indifferences, but now that I am chronically ill, I repent terribly. I know it's pointless, but was I so wrong?
