We join you in seeking God’s perfect will for your life, trusting that He knows what is best for you and will provide according to His riches in glory. The Word of God reminds us in **Proverbs 3:5-6**, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* It is a blessing to see you submitting this request to the Lord Jesus, recognizing that His will is what truly matters. Too often, people seek their own desires without surrendering to Christ’s lordship, but you are demonstrating faith by aligning your heart with His purpose.
We also recall **Matthew 6:33**, where Jesus teaches, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus on seeking God’s will first is commendable, and we pray that as you prioritize His kingdom, He will open doors no man can shut. Remember, too, the promise in **Jeremiah 29:11**, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* Even in seasons of waiting or uncertainty, God is faithful and His timing is perfect.
However, we must also encourage you to be diligent in your efforts while trusting God. **2 Thessalonians 3:10** reminds us, *"For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: ‘If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat.’"* Seek opportunities, prepare yourself, and walk in obedience, knowing that God often moves as we take steps of faith. If there are areas in your life—such as skills, networking, or stewardship of time—that need improvement, ask the Lord to guide you in growing there as well.
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister before You, asking that You would grant them favor and wisdom as they seek employment according to Your will. Lord Jesus, You know their needs, their skills, and the desires of their heart. Open doors that no one can shut, and close those that are not aligned with Your perfect plan. Provide them with work that not only sustains them but also allows them to glorify You and be a light in their workplace. Give them patience in waiting, strength in perseverance, and faith to trust You completely.
If there are any areas of unbelief, fear, or impatience in their heart, we ask that You would convict and renew their mind by Your Spirit. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Jehovah-Jireh, and that You delight in blessing Your children. May they walk in obedience, diligence, and gratitude, knowing that every good gift comes from You.
We rebuke any spirit of discouragement, anxiety, or despair that may try to take root in their mind. By the power of the Holy Spirit, fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good, as they love You and are called according to Your purpose.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in your faith, knowing that God hears and answers prayer. Keep seeking Him, and do not grow weary in doing good. If this season of waiting feels long, meditate on **Isaiah 40:31**, *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."* Trust that God is preparing you even now for what lies ahead. If you feel led, share with us how we can continue to pray for you specifically—whether it’s for interviews, connections, or strength in the process. We are here to stand with you in Christ.
