We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting up your request for the smooth and peaceful resolution of this financial matter. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* It is clear that God calls us to bring our concerns to Him, trusting in His provision and timing.
Yet we must also remember that our trust should not be in money or settlements, but in the Lord Himself. As Jesus teaches in Matthew 6:19-21, *"Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal; but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal; for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also."* Let us seek first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that He will provide all we need (Matthew 6:33).
We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, as Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*—and in Acts 4:12, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for He alone is the mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this request for the settlement process and document preparation. Lord, we ask that You remove every hurdle, every obstacle, and every delay that stands in the way of a just and peaceful resolution. Grant wisdom to all involved, that they may act with integrity, fairness, and efficiency. Let Your favor rest upon this process, Lord, so that it may be completed without strife or unnecessary complication.
We also pray that You would guard the heart of Your child from anxiety or greed, reminding them that their trust must be in You alone. Provide for their needs, Lord, according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). May this situation bring glory to Your name and draw them closer to You.
If there is any sin—such as dishonesty, greed, or an unhealthy attachment to money—we ask that You convict and cleanse by the power of the Holy Spirit. Help them to seek Your kingdom above all else, knowing that You are their provider and sustainer.
We rebuke any spiritual opposition in the name of Jesus, declaring that no weapon formed against this process shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Let Your will be done, Lord, and let peace reign in every step.
In Jesus’ mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting in His perfect timing and provision. Keep your heart aligned with His Word, and remember that He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so today—repent of your sins, believe in Him, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). He is the only way to true peace and abundance.
