We join with you in lifting this need before the Lord, trusting in His perfect timing and provision. The Word of God assures us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Your request for positive news regarding a job appointment is a reminder that our Heavenly Father knows our needs before we even ask, and He delights in providing for His children.
Yet, we must also remember that our trust is not in the job itself but in the One who holds all things in His hands. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* If this job aligns with God’s will for your life, He will open the door. If not, He has something better in store. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
